Rapid urbanization has led to the deterioration of the ecological environment,the degradation of ecological functions,and the fragmentation of ecological spaces.Based on the traditional gray infrastructure assessment,it has been unable to meet the needs of current urban development and is not conducive to the sustainable development of cities.Urban green infrastructure corresponds to gray infrastructure.It can effectively solve the above problems and contribute to the sustainable development of cities.However,due to the lack of effective connection between urban evaluation and management of green infrastructure,the performance evaluation system of green infrastructure is not mature enough,and there are still some shortcomings in implementation and management.Comprehensive use of performance management theory,landscape ecology theory,and space planning theory,analyzed the necessity and feasibility of constructing an evaluation research framework for urban green infrastructure construction based on the concept of ecological civilization,and combined with the actual situation of Zhaoqing New District,from input,output,The performance evaluation index system of urban green infrastructure construction was established in the four aspects of effects and activities.The urban green infrastructure of Zhaoqing New Area was systematically performance evaluated,and targeted optimization suggestions were put forward.The comprehensive performance level of urban green infrastructure in ZhaoqingNew Area presents an inverted "V"-shaped development trend.The comprehensive performance level of urban green infrastructure in Zhaoqing New Area has shown an upward and then downward trend,which is similar to an "inverted V-shaped" change trend.Among them,from 2013 to 2018,with the accelerated construction of Zhaoqing New Area,the continuous improvement of planning and design,and the establishment of a low-carbon-oriented new area development model,the overall performance of the urban green infrastructure of Zhaoqing New Area is on the rise.The development trends of input performance,output performance,effect performance,and activity performance are different,showing certain differences.From the perspective of the overall change trend of each sub-indicator,2013-2018 has shown a continuous growth trend,which is closely related to the accelerated construction of green infrastructure in Zhaoqing New District,major urban parks,wetland projects,and urban green space construction.The construction process of urban green infrastructure projects has slowed down,capital investment has been reduced,and output performance has also decreased.However,due to the remarkable results of urban green infrastructure construction in the early stage,the effect performance and activity performance have shown stability due to the inertia of growth.growth trend.Based on the concept of ecological civilization,this article proposes to build a GI spatial structure system in Zhaoqing New District,and build a GI spatial pattern of“one ring,two cores,and two corridors” outside the coordination area,and rely on“one mountain and one river” within the core area The core ecological space layout strategy connects the farmland and water system in the area and builds a regional ecological matrix.Separate urban clusters by matrix,define the boundaries of concentrated construction,constrain the compact development of cities,and create a good ecological spatial pattern in the new district.At the same time,the specific GI land layout of the coordination area and the core area were respectively clarified,and the countermeasures for green buildings,wetland management,green transportation,and commercial block construction were analyzed.Finally,suggestions for implementation are put forward from four aspects: space control,standard setting,public participation,and evaluation feedback.Aiming at the empirical research on the evaluation of green urban infrastructure construction in Zhaoqing New District,the general method of urban green infrastructure evaluation under the concept of ecological civilization is proposed.According to the idea that water,forest,field,lake and grass are a life community,theanalysis framework of the green infrastructure system is guided to build six The performance evaluation method system of green infrastructure construction in all aspects.The study of green infrastructure evaluation from the perspective of ecological civilization will enrich the content of green infrastructure research.By constructing an evaluation theoretical framework,it will contribute to the sustainable development of the new district and provide guidance for the construction of the Zhaoqing New District and other urban infrastructure.
