Exhaust gas circulation combustion technology has been gradually mature in recent years,and coke oven exhaust gas cycle control system is designed to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides and save the gas consumption according to the combustion technology of exhaust gas circulation.Exhaust gas cycle control system of coke oven not only can save gas consumption,but also reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides,and the safety and reliability of the system should also be guaranteed.By understanding the technological process of exhaust gas recycling,the coke oven exhaust gas circulation control system is designed and studied.Through the analysis of the technological process,the control system is divided into five parts,and each part is designed and selected.The main purpose is to meet the engineering needs and improve the reliability of the system.The controller uses a convenient,simple and multi-functional SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC;in addition,the high reliability SIEMENS MM430 series inverter is used to control the frequency control of the fan.In software,this paper uses STEP7-Micro/WIN software to program the corresponding control program,uses WinCC configuration software to design the monitoring interface,and connects the communication between PLC and WinCC through PC Access.After completing the design of coke oven exhaust gas circulation control system,we also use reliability block diagram modeling method to design the reliability model of the control system.At the same time,taking the exhaust fan control system as an example,the reliability and the average time free interval of the subsystem are analyzed and calculated,and the reliability of the control system is improved by the redundancy design of the exhaust fan control system.Based on the above research,this paper uses the fault tree analysis method to carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis on the whole coke oven exhaust gas cycle control system,finds out the failure factors that affect its reliability,and obtains the most influential factors from it,and then provides the staff with data support in the engineering application.
