Study On Quality Management Model For Auxiliary Product Of F Company

This thesis firstly discussed the theory,method and application situation of quality management and its main models.Secondly,based on the actual situation of F company which was facing significantly influential quality predicament,this thesis explored a suitable quality management model for F company and similar companies by means of project management team,and it expounded some tools and methods of six sigma related with quality management model of F company.Thirdly,under the guidance of F company’s quality management model,it identified and defined the problems which needed to be improved,it analyzed the causes which resulted in these problems,and it put forward some effective improvement and control measures to improve the quality.Finally,the effectiveness of this quality management model was verified by the comparison between before and after improvement and the quality levels of the products and the quality management of the products were indeed improved under the condition of F company’s limited resources.
