Study On Safety Management Of A Chemical Enterprise Based On FMEA Model

In the process of continuous development and growth,modern chemical enterprises are increasingly facing the pressure of safety risks.In addition to the state’s higher requirements for the safety management of enterprises,higher standards,enterprises themselves also pay more attention to reducing casualties and property losses through safety management.Therefore,the safety management research of chemical enterprises has a very important practical significance for the long-term sustainable development of enterprise operation and management.The research content of this paper is the safety management of a chemical enterprise.The research methods of field investigation,case analysis,literature analysis and failure mode analysis are adopted in this paper.The purpose of the study is to find out the problems and hidden dangers in the safety management of a chemical enterprise by investigating and counting the safety risks.Through the analysis of these problems,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the safety management level of the enterprise are put forward.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,research purpose,research content,technical route and methods.The second chapter mainly investigates and studies the theory of foreign safety management.The third chapter mainly studies the major safety accidents at home and abroad.Chapter 4 chooses A chemical enterprise to investigate,study its safety management status and related problems,and analyze them from different dimensions such as man-machine material law ring.In the fifth chapter,a safety model based on FMEA failure mode management for the chemical enterprise is studied,and a safety model for the enterprise is established.Chapter 6 tries to put forward some measures to improve the safety management of this chemical enterprise.The seventh chapter summarizes and prospects the full text.Through the research,it is found that the cause analysis and summary based on the dimension of man-machine data method ring can better analyze the safety accidents,and through the construction of FMEA(process failure mode analysis)model,it can more specifically analyze the related factors affecting the safety of the enterprise,and in view of the risks affecting the safety.Assessment,tracing and checking the improvement effect of potential safety hazards with FMEA,and establishing relevant standardized safety management system.Other companies can also learn from the relevant research results and analysis methods,starting from the source,according to the specific causes of their own safety accidents,carry out targeted improvement and prevention,combined with the management system and equipment monitoring and early warning,to truly achieve safe production and sustainable development.
