With the quality and safety of tea increases by people, the quality and safety of tea has become a key factor deciding the quality of tea. It is an effective way to protect the quality of tea through testing tea. Moreover, testing of the pesticide residues in tea is main content for tea testing. Because pesticide residues in tea has a big impact on the whole tea industry. If the testing results of pesticide residues in tea is inaccurate,which brings huge economic losses and extremely bad social impact to the testing laboratory and the delegate.However, there are many uncertain factors in the testing process,which makes testing results deviation,and brings risks to the tea testing laboratory. Therefore, performing quality risk management during tea testing process is needed, and identify potentially high-risk issues and take preventive measures to reduce the level of risk and losses.Currently, quality risk management situation in the tea testing process is not satisfactory, and risk consciousness is weak, and the quality risk management mechanism is not sound, and the the application of quality risk management tools not skilled and the implementation of the risk management process needs to improve.In this paper,Firstly,the definition.Logical thinking,source,advantages, scope and specific application procedures of FMEA is elaborated,and implementation of work flow chart of FMEA is provided,and the application in the non-manufacturing especially in crafts process using FMEA Technology is analyzed,and the feasibility of quality control in the process of tea testing using FMEA Technology is investigated.On the basis of the feature of tea testing and the feasibility of performing quality control on tea testing process,the application procedure of FMEA and process of quality control are combined,and the process of quality control in tea testing process based on FMEA is provided.secondly,the process of the pesticide residues in tea which is the most common part in tea testing is analyzed in detail.The process of quality control in testing of pesticide residues in tea based on FMEA is elaborated specifically. The process of testing of pesticide residues in tea is described,and the potential failure modes of each step is identified and analyzed,and the RPN of each failure mode and risk level is evaluated by comparing with severity, probability of occurrence,detectability and risk levels which have formulated in advance.How to find the cause of complex failure mode is elaborated in detail by a example,and formulate relatively corrective and preventive measures to reduce the level of risk.Improved measures are provided for failure mode whose risk level is higher than low risk level.Finally,the decrease of the number of failure modes of high risk level and the review data(including reagent supplies, reference materials, internal controls of laboratory, proficiency testing, nonconformity of Internal and external audit, and the decrease of the number of deviations) of annual quality management system key project through the implementation of quality control program,Significant implementation benefits of quality control program in the process of tea testing based on FMEA is showed. |
