With the continuous heightening process of the global industrialization,China's industrial development has gradually shifted to the direction of intelligent,innovative and environmentally friendly,the aluminum processing products industry has also shown a development trend of expanding scale,fine technology and extensive application.The process of industrial transformation and upgrading requires the aluminum fabrication enterprise to adapt to the changes,and then they need to timely adjust the marketing strategy,with the aim of clutching the new market opportunities and achieve further development.This paper takes S Group as the research object,takes the improvements of marketing strategy of aluminum processed products for S Group as the main research topic.The writer uses literature analysis method,investigation analysis method,indepth interview method and model analysis method.Through the status quo of marketing strategy analysis,the comprehensive and competitive conditions analysis,the managers at all levels of the aluminum processed products and marketing related in-depth interviews,found that the current problems existing in S group aluminum processed products marketing strategy.In the light of the problems found,try to put forward optimization suggestions and safeguard measures from product,price,channel,promotion and brand strategy.The research on the optimization of marketing strategy of aluminum processed products of S Group,aiming to form a theoretical scheme with reference significance for the actual operation of enterprises.This article revolves around the actual operation of S Group,all theoretical results on the establishment of the foundation of the actual operation,combining theory with practice,forming the theory achievements to help S Group to achieve further development.
