With China's rapid economic development,before the reform and opening up,gas industry scale in our country is very small,some production equipments and cutting-edge technology are relying on imports,with the continuous development of industrial technology,China's gas industry has gradually developed and expanded,slowly formed a number of independent,complete industries.Foreign international gas companies builded factories in China.They have promoted many gas applications and advanced technology.To X company,it is facing the lack of macro-control in the domestic market,under the circumstances such as repeated construction situation,comprehensive utilization of resources,market competition,vigorously promote energy conservation and environmental protection.X need to constantly strengthen their competitiveness in its own market,to find a suitable marketing strategy.China's industrial gases have achieved a steady development.Foreign brand enterprises and Chinese gas enterprises continue to increase their investments in China.They keep on promoting the local integration strategy.These enterprises who rely on industrial technology,capital investment,management quality and brand advantages,constantly staged gas market fight drama.As a foreign representative of the X company,it must formulate its own competition and marketing strategy in China,so as to help X gas companies to counteract the threat of industry competition and establish a long-term stable competitive advantage,achieve the development goals of the enterprise ultimately effectively in the market.In this paper,X Industrial Gas Company as the research object,the study base on marketing strategy of industrial gas products,in the use of Chinese gas market distribution and product supply,to improve competitiveness in the end customers.With the internal and external environment analysis,analysis of foreign-funded enterprises and state-owned enterprise,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of private enterprises and other competitors.This research clarifies the target market positioning of X Company and the choice of marketing strategy in China through the segmentation of market industry application and the research and analysis of different regional target markets.Based on the analysis of marketing environment and competitiveness of X company,this paper studies the application of industrial gas marketing combination strategy,discusses the effective implementation of different gases.Conduct discussion and research on personnel,processes,projects,and performance to promote the effective implementation of marketing strategies.
