In recent years,China’s GDP growth rate has continued to accelerate,and GDP growth has further increased.China’s GDP following US’s has been the second largest in the world,China has become the number one manufacturing power in the world.However,China’s current manufacturing production costs continue to rise,but the market continues to decline.Whether it is the domestic market or the foreign market,the demand for Chinese manufacturing products is decreasing,so the economic growth rate continues to be sluggish.The huge capacity accumulated over the past years and the shrinkage of market demand have mismatched sharply,and all kinds of issues contradicting,questions came out continually.In recent years,with the promotion of market demand,there are more and more domestic mold release chemical enterprises.In the fierce market environment,the emphasis on marketing is the key point of enterprise production and management.Only constantly changing and innovating marketing concepts,keeping up with the development trend of the market,flexible coping,making the right marketing strategy decision suitable for the enterprise,can guarantee the enterprise more far-reaching development.Taking A company as an example,basing on the concept of marketing,considering the actual issues of company,this paper attempts to discuss the marketing strategy and problems of the company’s product.After consulting a large number of relevant literatures,combined with the industrial development in China’s economic development environment,this paper analyzes the industry characteristics of mold release agent products,and describes the specific reasons for the marketization and commercialization of mold release agent products,thus introducing the research topic.A comprehensive understanding of the current situation of a company provides a reference solution for the existing problems,while meeting the needs of the enterprise’s own optimization and upgrading,it also provides a reference for other companies in the same industry.
