Thermoplastic elastomer has the high elasticity of rubber at room temperature,and can be plasticized like plastic at high temperature.It can be processed and recycled repeatedly.In order to realize the green development of the current industry and save energy and reduce consumption,the application field of thermoplastic elastomer will continue to expand.The wear resistance of rubber materials is much lower than that of conventional rubber materials,and the wear resistance of rubber materials is much lower than that of conventional tires at 0 ?;In terms of shock absorption performance,the effective damping temperature range and peak loss factor of thermoplastic elastomer are far less than that of general rubber.In order to prepare thermoplastic elastomers with excellent anti slip and shock absorption properties to replace non recyclable rubber materials,thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)and styrene butadiene elastomer(SEBS)were selected as substrates.Nitrile rubber,butyl rubber and butyl medical bottle stopper reclaimed rubber were crosslinked and sheared and refined into dispersed phase by dynamic vulcanization,The preparation process and properties of different kinds of thermoplastic elastomers were characterized.The skid resistance and shock absorption of thermoplastic elastomers were evaluated by loss factor and effective damping temperature range.(1)The dynamic mechanical properties of different kinds and microstructures of rubber were analyzed.The results showed that the loss factor(tan)of nitrile rubber in NR,Br,SBR,NBR and BIIR rubber ?)The peak corresponding temperature is close to 0 ?,and Tan ? Larger,indicating the best anti sliding performance;BIIR has the widest effective damping temperature range and the best damping performance.With the addition of anti slippery resin,the Tan of BIIR ? The peak shifts to high temperature and the peak increases.When the number of copies added is 20,the Tan of BIIR ? The temperature corresponding to the peak is close to 0 ?,indicating that it has achieved good anti sliding performance and shock absorption performance.(2)The effects of NBR and processing aids with different acrylonitrile content and dosage on the comprehensive properties and slip resistance of TPU / NBR blends were studied.The results show that the damping factor Tan of NBR TPU thermoplastic elastomer with acrylonitrile content of 37%-38% at 0 ? ? The highest and the best anti sliding performance;With the addition of NBR,the mechanical properties of TPU/ NBR thermoplastic elastomer decreased,the friction coefficient increased and the anti sliding performance improved;The addition of tp95 reduces the slip resistance of the material,while the addition of C9 resin will improve the slip resistance of the material;In general,the thermoplastic elastomer prepared by blending NBR with acrylonitrile content of 38%,blending ratio TPU / NBR = 100:90,and adding 10 parts of C9 resin can not only maintain high mechanical properties,but also give consideration to good skid resistance.(3)The effects of different parts of BIIR on the comprehensive properties and damping properties of TPU / BIIR blends and SEBS / BIIR blends were studied.The results show that with the addition of BIIR,the mechanical properties of TPU / BIIR blends and SEBS / BIIR blends decrease,and the effective damping temperature range widens,tan ? The peak value is increased,and the damping performance is improved.On the whole,SEBS / BIIR blends have better damping performance than TPU / BIIR blends when the amount of BIIR is fixed.(4)The effects of different processes on the properties of butyl medical bottle stopper reclaimed rubber and the effects of different amounts of butyl medical bottle stopper reclaimed rubber on the damping properties of SEBS / BIIR blends were studied.The results show that the Mooney viscosity of high temperature static reclaimed rubber is the lowest,the regeneration effect is the best and the processing performance is excellent;When the use frequency is low,the damping and damping performance of high-temperature static recycled rubber is the best.When the use frequency is high,the damping and damping performance of normal temperature dynamic recycled rubber is better.Comprehensively,when the high-temperature static recycled rubber is used as damping material,the use frequency range of temperature is the widest;With the increase of the number of butyl reclaimed rubber,the mechanical properties of SEBS / BIIR blends decreased,the peak value of loss factor moved to high temperature,and the effective damping temperature range widened.High temperature static reclaimed rubber had the most obvious effect on improving the damping and damping properties of the blends.
