| Combing machine can improve fiber uniformity,enhance yarn evenness and improve yarn strength by carding fiber bundle with cylinder.Compared with traditional cotton fiber,cotton-type chemical fiber has the advantage of good uniformity,and is generally not combed in the traditional cotton chemical fiber spinning process.It is very important to introduce combing into chemical fiber spinning process as the consumer market demands higher and higher quality of chemical fiber fabric.The combed cylinder carding force has an important effect on the combing quality and fiber damage of cotton chemical fiber.Excessive carding force will cause fiber damage and increase the amount of fiber drop,resulting in the reduction of the amount of spinnable fiber.Too small carding force will make carding insufficient and reduce the quality of carding.With the increasing application demand of combed cotton chemical fiber,it is of great significance to study the combing force of chemical fiber and to provide reference standards for manufacturers to select or manufacture chemical fiber combed cylinder,so as to meet the quality requirements of combed cotton chemical fiber.The paper analyzes the carding force of cotton chemical fiber and discusses the influencing factors of cylinder carding force.According to the coefficient of friction,viscose fiber,polyester fiber,Lyocell fiber,Lyocell polyester blended fiber and cotton fiber were designed to carry out friction tests and comparative analysis.According to the distribution factors of fiber cluster,the weight distribution of fiber outside the clamp was tested and studied.It was found that the friction coefficient and weight distribution of fiber outside the clamp were different between cotton-type chemical fiber and traditional cotton fiber.The torque sensor testing method with low delay and small error was used to carry out dynamic and real-time online detection of the cylinder carding force of cotton chemical fiber and traditional cotton chemical fiber,and the change rule of the cylinder carding force of cotton chemical fiber and traditional cotton fiber was obtained,and the reasons for the change and difference were analyzed.By adjusting the carding process,cotton feeding process and top carding process parameters,the influence of process parameters on the change of cylinder carding force of the above kinds of fibers was studied.Through the research to the following conclusion: first,cotton type chemical fiber cylinder carding force change law presents the zigzag shape,and the traditional cotton fiber is approximately the same change rule under the same process,main show is in cylinder carding beginning,carding force increases rapidly,the jagged arrived immediately after the maximum peak decreases,and gradually decreases to zero as cylinder carding progresses.Secondly,the combed cylinder carding force of cotton chemical fiber is higher than that of traditional cotton fiber,and the peak degree of cylinder carding force is lower than that of cotton fiber.Due to the difference of friction coefficient and weight distribution of fibers outside the clamp,the peak degree of carding force of Lyocell fiber is the highest,which is 1.96 times that of cotton fiber,and the peak degree of carding force is 0.6 degrees lower than that of cotton fiber.Thirdly,the cylinder carding force of cotton chemical fiber combing is significantly affected by carding process,cotton feeding process and top carding process.Carding force increased significantly with the increase of feeding length and falling distance.The carding force of each fiber increases with the increase of the number of needles.The cylinder carding force increases significantly with carding without top comb participation to top comb participation,and further increases with the increase of top comb insertion depth. |
