Fragmentation driving ability is an important parameter for scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the explosive power of energetic materials.Correct evaluation of fragmentation driving ability of different energetic materials is of great significance to the theoretical research and practical application of energetic materials.In view of the current difficulties in evaluating the driving ability of explosive fragments of energetic materials,researches on experimental evaluation techniques have been carried out on the driving ability of fragments of different energetic materials.According to the overall design idea of the fragment drive device,the fragment drive device is designed to carry out the evaluation test of the fragment drive ability of different energetic materials,and the fragment drive device is used for 1:1 simulation modeling,and the TNT and temperature pressure explosives with different charges are carried out.Numerical simulation of fragment drive capability is used to obtain the corresponding relationship between the maximum speed reached during the fragment flight and the charge of different energetic materials,and the simulation is used to estimate the fragment flight distance when the fragment reaches the maximum speed,and to guide the speed measurement system Selection and design of the test plan;research the law of speed change during the fragment flight,comprehensively analyze the non-contact and contact speed measurement methods,and select the speed measurement method suitable for the fragment drive ability test;based on the same environment,the same state and the same installation Under the principle of the three-identity of the dose,carry out the fragment drive ability test of different energetic materials,and propose the basic plan of the fragment drive ability test.Combining the time and distance of the fragments to cross the target,the maximum speed reached by the fragments of energetic materials with different charges is obtained;the BP neural network and polynomial fitting methods are used to construct the correlation model between the speed and the charge of TNT The accuracy is compared,and finally,the maximum speed is used as the basis for judging the drive capacity of the fragments of energetic materials.Under the principle of three sameness,the thermal pressure explosives are evaluated in the form of TNT ratio equivalent.By evaluating the driving ability of energetic material fragments,it provides a comprehensive test plan and engineering measurement technology for the evaluation of fragment driving ability of energetic materials,which has certain guiding significance for the measurement and evaluation of explosion parameters of energetic materials.
