The automation degree of spinning, Directly influence the textile industryproduction efficiency, Determines China’s textile industry’s competitiveness in theinternational. For China there are a lot of old spinning, However, the low level ofautomation of the old spinning, doffing need artificial, Not only need a large numberof human,But also spend a lot of time, This greatly increased the production costs oftextile enterprises, Productivity and production efficiency is low. Today, Rapidchanges in technology, This is clearly did not meet with the modern enterprise’ssurvival、development and competition. In that old jammed available, Play thegreatest value, Instead of artificial doffing developed, Used for the old spinning,Auto-doffing device has become urgent. So, in this paper, According to doffingcharacteristics of old spinning, Use “theory of design-theoretical analysis-finiteelement analysis-experimental analysis” a method of combination to studyAuto-doffing device. Main research work is as follows:First, on the basis of mechanical principles and mechanical design, completeoverall design of Auto-doffing device and part of functional of the structural design.Second, analysis rotating tray’s motion, and analysis the force of the keycomponents by use of theoretical knowledge and ANSYS software.Finally, through experiment, improvement some of the problems that exist in thetheoretical design, optimization the structure of grasping pipe body and discharge pipebody.Studied in this paper Auto-doffing device can be applied not only toold-fashioned spinning doffing work, but also can accumulate experience fordeveloping better Auto-doffing device.
