Research On Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Of N Steel Company Embedded In Environmental Performance

After the reform and opening up,China's economy has entered a period of rapid development.As a basic pillar industry,the steel industry has entered a historical period of ultra-high-speed development along with the process of China's modernization.China's steel production has skyrocketed year by year.China's crude steel output in 2019 is 990 million tons,accounting for 53.9% of the world's crude steel output.The development of the iron and steel industry has caused great pressure on China's environment.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the management of environmental protection by iron and steel enterprises in the production and operation process,and undertake corresponding social responsibility.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of ecological civilization has been included in the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics.“Total improvement of the quality of the ecological environment” has become one of the main goals of economic and social development in the 13 th Five-Year Plan.It protects a good ecological environment and strengthens development.The ecological "long board" has become an important measure to improve the core competitiveness and overall strength of regional development.The society and government attach great importance to environmental protection.In order to promote the healthy development of the economy and the environment,the government continues to formulate and implement enterprise-oriented environmental regulations and policies.All industries are inevitably subject to the triple constraints of the environment,energy and government.As a heavy industry manufacturing industry,the production process of iron and steel companies has led to increasingly serious environmental pollution.Environmental performance evaluation is one of the important contents of environmental management work,and it is also an expression of the company's active performance of social responsibility.Research N Steel Company's environmental performance evaluation can not only help companies strengthen internal environmental management,discover potential environmental risks,and improve environmental performance,but also help stakeholders understand the corporate environmental governance status and make reasonable investment decisions.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a complete environmental performance evaluation system,evaluate the environmental management behavior of enterprises,and promote green production of enterprises in order to seek long-term and stable development.On the basis of consulting literature and collecting data,this paper studies the comprehensive performance evaluation system of N Steel Company's embedded environmental performance,and adopts the method of case study.First,based on the analysis,review and summary of domestic and foreign environmental performance evaluation and comprehensive performance related research,this paper elaborates the relevant theories and evaluation methods of comprehensive performance evaluation.Secondly,it analyzes the status of performance evaluation of N Steel Company,find out the problems;then introduces the balanced scorecard to select the comprehensive performance evaluation indicators to build the comprehensive performance evaluation system embedded in the environmental performance of N Steel Company based on the company's 2015-2019 data to determine its weight by the entropy method;Finally,getting the evaluation results of N Steel Company,reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the internal environmental management of N Steel Company,and improve the environmental performance and comprehensive performance level.
