The building energy-saving design in hot summer and warm winter areas mainly considers the building heat insulation in summer.This paper mainly studies the building exterior wall with the largest external surface area.Reflective heat insulation coating and inorganic heat insulation mortar as exterior wall energy-saving materials have been widely used in hot summer and warm winter areas.In the common engineering thermal calculation software GBSWARE and PKPM,the traditional energy-saving calculation adopts the one-dimensional unsteady calculation method to consider the thermal conductivity,solar radiation absorption coefficient and material thermal resistance of reflective thermal insulation coating and inorganic thermal insulation mortar according to the same conditions in day and night.The traditional energy-saving calculation does not consider that the buildings are not directly exposed to the sun at night,Reflective thermal insulation coating reduces building thermal resistance and improves heat dissipation capacity,which has an impact on building energy consumption.Therefore,in the traditional energy-saving calculation,there are errors in the nighttime energy-saving calculation.Based on the commonly used engineering thermal calculation software "GBSWARE",this study puts forward a calculation method of building energy saving of reflective thermal insulation coating,which can accurately obtain the energy consumption of reflective thermal insulation coating building in the early stage of architectural design.This paper mainly studies the following four parts.(1)Heat transfer calculation theory of reflective coating insulation wall.Firstly,the reflective thermal insulation coatings commonly used in hot summer and warm winter areas are analyzed,the material characteristics and calculation principle of reflective thermal insulation coatings are introduced,and the improvement idea of wall energy-saving calculation is put forward through the error analysis of thermal calculation.It is proposed that the actual building energy consumption of reflective thermal insulation coating N = thermal calculation energy consumption of Building Engineering(one-dimensional unsteady state)N transmission-increase heat dissipation at night and save energy consumption?N.(2)A segmented calculation method for reflective thermal insulation coatings is proposed.In view of the errors in the night part of the traditional energy-saving calculation,a "segmented" calculation method is proposed according to the green jiansville software widely used in practical engineering.The nighttime heat dissipation of the building is obtained by segmented calculation of daytime heat gain and nighttime heat dissipation.The nighttime energy saving of the building is deduced by using the influence of temperature reduction on building heat dissipation.At the same time,the application steps of segmented calculation method are introduced.(3)Carry out feasibility analysis and experimental verification.The segmented calculation method is used to calculate the simple model,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the segmented calculation method under the simple model are obtained.The accuracy of the segmented calculation method is verified by actual measurement,which provides scientific support for the previous theoretical calculation,and compares the energy-saving differences between reflective thermal insulation coating and inorganic thermal insulation mortar.(4)Case application of piecewise calculation method.This paper summarizes the framework of subsection calculation method,analyzes the application of subsection calculation method to a practical engineering project,analyzes the application and applicability of this method in practical engineering,reflects the practical application value and universality of subsection method,and provides reference for the application of subsection calculation method in practical engineering in the future.It is found that the use of reflective thermal insulation coating on the outer wall of hot summer and warm winter areas is conducive to the heat dissipation of buildings at night.The segmented calculation method can more accurately predict the energy conservation of reflective thermal insulation coating buildings.The thermal insulation effect of reflective thermal insulation coating in daytime is basically the same as that of thermal insulation mortar,and it has a better heat dissipation effect at night.It provides a calculation method for accurately predicting the actual energy consumption of reflective thermal insulation coating buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas,and puts forward a new idea for the research of low energy consumption buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas.
