With the introduction of the concept of blockchain and the emergence of Genesis block in 2009,in recent years,blockchain has begun to penetrate into people’s daily life and work,become a research hot spot,and its importance has become increasingly prominent.Iron and steel enterprises play an irreplaceable supporting role in the rapid growth of China’s national economy,and the accounting and analysis of production cost in its production cost module is the top priority.However,the traditional manual accounting and financial software have defects,which are difficult to meet the requirements of data timeliness,accuracy and security.Production cost module should adapt to the development of the Times,combined with emerging technologies to make changes.Blockchain can be decentralized,data open,transparent and so on,can be applied to the financial field,with its advantages to solve the problems in the use of the current production cost module in iron and steel enterprises.Based on the block chain,the optimization design of production cost module in HG Iron and Steel Company is studied in this thesis.After expounding the theoretical basis of blockchain and production cost module,this thesis analyzes the current situation of production cost module in iron and steel enterprises and HG Iron and Steel Company,through the questionnaire survey,the existing problems of Iron and Steel Company include data duplication or omission,data transmission in time,data transmission errors,data tampering,data loss,centralization,etc.Considering the characteristics of HG Iron and Steel Company as an iron and steel enterprise,the current production cost module is reshaped with the underlying architecture of blockchain.The original data is imported in the data layer,and the data generation,broadcasting,verification and writing are realized in the network layer.After the consensus is reached in the consensus layer,the incentive layer distributes and deducts the points.The contract layer sets automatically executed codes to help complete daily work,and the application layer provides functions such as data processing,utilization and user management to help HG Iron and Steel Company achieve the goals of improving data authenticity,ensuring data security,improving information timeliness,promoting information sharing and improving employees’ enthusiasm.The optimized production cost module also shows its characteristics of decentralization,automatic execution,reward incentive and full supervision,and makes a comparison with the previous module.Finally,the optimized production cost module is applied to the HG Iron and Steel Company step by step,the results of its application are predicted,and the solutions to the defects are given.The optimization and application of the production cost module of the HG Iron and Steel Company is an attempt in the steel industry and an innovation in the application of the blockchain in the financial field,it has reference value for other industries to introduce blockchain to optimize production cost module in the future.
