The steel industry is the pillar industry of China’s national economy.For a long time,China’s steel industry has shown a development trend of “reproduction and light circulation”,which has led to a long-term lagging in the steel circulation industry in China.In recent years,due to the imperfect market integrity system,some companies have frequently resorted to fraud in order to seek personal gain.In the industry,problems such as inadequate warehouse receipts credit,difficulty in tracing products,and inability to carry out valueadded services have escalated.So many small and medium-sized enterprises have closed down.With the major changes in the global industrial technology system,business development model and competitive landscape,various countries have introduced industrial upgrading and nationalization strategies based on industrialization and informatization,and our country is not the only one that has launched the integration of the two industries.China has made major policies such as 2025,and it has become a new direction to use information technology to solve the problems of the steel circulation industry.Steel circulation mainly takes the form of spot warehouse receipts.This paper proposes a blockchain-based trusted electronic warehouse receipt system based on the unique idea of blockchain technology for the electronic warehouse receipt circulation blocking problem.The system uses blockchains to build trust and other salient features in a decentralized manner to solve the multi-party mutual trust problem in the process of electronic warehouse receipts transfer.The use of smart contracts saves the cumbersome links of many trust endorsements and multi-party agreements in the traditional model,and uses a hash.Using the hash function,Merkle tree,digital signature and other cryptographic techniques to ensure the security of the system and the untampering and traceability of data,and fully enhance the warehouse receipt credit,casting credible electronic warehouse receipt service platform.Firstly,the research of the project conducted an in-depth research on the steel circulation industry in China,analyzed the development status of electronic warehouse receipts and blockchain technology,and proposed the establishment of a multi-center system by integrating the blockchain technology into the electronic warehouse receipt circulation process.Secondly,it analyzes the core operating mechanism of the block chain such as P2 P network,consensus mechanism,smart contract,cryptography technology,and adopts Hyperledger Fabric to build the underlying blockchain basic platform of the system.Finally,Combining with Baowu Group’s target requirements,after combing the business process of electronic warehouse receipts,it formulated the functional and non-functional requirements of the system,and detailedly designed the relevant parts of the system architecture,interfaces,databases,etc.,then realize the Baowu Group’s blockchain trusted electronic block chain warehouse receipt system development.Currently,the blockchain-based trusted electronic warehouse receipt system has been developed and is jointly debugged by a number of subsidiary companies under the Baowu Group.During the commissioning phase,the system operates smoothly,the data is safe and reliable,and the warehouse receipt credit and circulation efficiency are greatly improved.The promotion plans to promote the domestic steel circulation market and improve the status quo of China’s steel circulation industry.
