In recent years,enterprise production safety accidents occur frequently,resulting in a large number of casualties and economic and property losses.Therefore,strengthening the enterprise production safety education is of great significance for maintaining the normal order of enterprises and ensuring the safety of employees.Every employee in the factory must understand,learn and master the knowledge of production safety and fire protection,so as to escape quickly and save themselves in case of safety accidents.Nowadays,with the rapid development of VR,UE4 is applied to the field of enterprise production safety education,which breaks the traditional mode of safety education and is no longer limited to textbook teaching and two-dimensional video playback.In this context,this paper takes Wuhan cigarette factory as the research object,with the help of UE4 virtual engine to build a simulated factory environment,which is used for the interactive experience of fire emergency of factory personnel,so that all kinds of personnel can truly experience fire emergency disposal,and improve the actual emergency disposal ability,and puts forward the subject of "Application Research of VR technology in production safety education of Wuhan cigarette factory"In this paper,through the analysis of relevant literature,from the VR as the starti ng point to analyze the application of fire safety escape technology in the project.Firs t of all,we understand VR,clarify the important technical components of VR,and an alyze that VR scene resource construction is composed of four modules: model creati on,material performance,light simulation and post production.At the same time,we l ead to VR interaction design,which paves the way for the design of emergency drill VR system of Wuhan cigarette factory.Secondly,it studies the characteristics of safet y management and production of enterprises,introduces the demand for VR,and dee ply analyzes the advantages of VR in production safety education.Finally,the graduat ion project of the author is extended.Combined with the requirements of the develop ment of VR system for emergency drill in Wuhan cigarette factory,the interaction of VR system is designed.In terms of visual presentation,high-quality model and light a nd shadow rendering are used to meet the persuasive needs of drill screen.The use of immersion design concept and film language skills,so that the experience of producti on safety education and training effect is better.
