| As a basic service support industry for various industries,the safe and stable operation of the power industry is a key part of the national economic development.However,the safety risks are spread in all aspects of power production,which determines that the power industry must establish a perfect and effective power production safety management system,including strengthening the power production safety training for front-line operators and strengthening the overhaul of power equipment.Traditional power safety training is not strong in realism,the trainees have poor learning enthusiasm and participation,and the traditional power overhaul process is cumbersome and there are safety risks.With the rapid development of Virtual Reality technology and Augmented Reality technology,the application of Virtual Reality technology and Augmented Reality technology to the power industry brings automated and intelligent solutions to the power industry.After analyzing and studying the needs of power safety production training and power equipment overhaul,this paper completes the realization of the following two systems.(1)Based on 3ds Max,three-dimensional modeling of the power equipment and entities in the power distribution room was carried out,and a virtual power scene of the power distribution room was built.And a desktop power emergency drill training system was constructed by using Unity3D particle system to simulate common dangers.The training system supports login and logout management for trainees,and supports virtual interaction and three-dimensional display to plan the emergency robot path and control the emergency robot to reach the designated equipment to complete the rescue in case of dangerous situations through the developed emergency operation guideline module.Meanwhile,the training system also supports assessment and evaluation of the training situation of trainees and records them to the backend database.In addition,the study of collision detection technology has enhanced the realism of the training system.(2)This paper studies the intranet penetration mechanism of data transmission across LANs,and analyzes the difference between two different ImageTargets of Vuforia.and developes a power overhaul system based on User Defined ImageTarget,and packs it into mobile Android terminal.The overhaul system supports login and logout management of overhaul personnel,and supports taking photos by camera to register power equipment to the backend database.When the registered equipment is recognized,the equipment overhaul information is requested from the backend database and is displayed in an enhanced manner.Meanwhile.The overhaul system also supports the overhaul personnel to upload equipment fault information to backend database in real time.In addition,in order to facilitate the retrieval of equipment fault information in the backend database,a visualization program supporting single and joint conditions to retrieve equipment fault information from the backend database is developed based on Qt.Finally,the functional modules of each system are tested.The test results show that the two systems developed basically meet the expected requirements. |
