Research On Diversifified Development Strategy Of Resource-based Enterprises

New energy mining group was founded in 1970.In order to expand the scale of enterprises,in 2005,the government led the use of administrative means to integrate the production of mines,such as Huan Cheng,Fu Cun,Cui Zhuang,Gao Zhuang,Sihe,Han Zhuang three,No.four,No.five wells,and local power plants,Baijiu,Lake products processing,printing,wetland parks,coal washing.Establish large state-owned enterprise groups for production and operation.Group enterprises always focus on coal.With the adjustment of China's coal industrial structure and the increase of clean energy consumption,in recent years,affected by the national energy policy,China's coal consumption has decreased year by year.However,as China's main traditional energy,the total demand for coal is still very large.The overall reserves of coal resources are limited and non renewable.The law on the prevention and control of air pollution stipulates that all localities shall delimit no burning areas for highly polluting fuels and restrict the use of highly polluting fuels such as coal;The national energy administration and the Ministry of environmental protection jointly issued the opinions on promoting safe and green development and clean and efficient utilization of coal.The opinions require that we should earnestly improve the scientific and technological level of transforming coal into clean energy with coal as raw material,accelerate the single fuel of coal energy,and develop in the two directions of industrial raw materials and innovative fuels.Under the new forms of national protection of ecological environment,adjustment of industrial structure,slowdown of economic growth and vigorous promotion and application of new energy,as a coal production enterprise with non renewable resources,how to change the development strategy to achieve the long-term goal of sustainable development has become an urgent problem to be solved.Through a large number of investigations,interviews and data access,this paper carries out field research on Xinneng mining group,integrates theory with practice,and analyzes the political and legal environment,macroeconomic environment,human society and technical environment of Xinneng mining group through PEST method analysis and Michael Porter's five forces strategic framework theory,Through the use of SWOT analysis tools,this paper makes strategic analysis and selection on the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Xinneng mining group,makes correct planning for the sustainable and healthy development of Xinneng mining group,and finally determines that Xinneng Mining Group will expand the new coal industry with relevant diversified development strategy according to the current form and environment and based on the existing coal industry;At the same time,strengthen efforts to find advantageous industries,innovate and develop non coal industry,and determine the strategic goal plan of non relevant diversified development to achieve long-term development.
