With the development of the economy and the increase of market demand,an excellent enterprise resource planning(ERP)software is indispensable for the traditional small and medium manufacturing industry to survive in the fierce market competition.The ERP software can not only standardize the management of company,but also improve the level of information management and make the company's decision-making more intelligent,and even greatly reduce operating costs and increase competitiveness.According to the demands of fermentation plant and ERP theory,this paper designs several modules such as production management,equipment management,planning management,quality management,inventory management,sales management,personnel management and procurement management,and completes the overall design of the system through the design and analysis of entity relationship diagram(ERD)of each object.Finally,we complete the development and test of ERP system.The system is developed based on Browser/Server(B/S)architecture,and reduces the coupling between view and logic through the design of front-end and back-end separation,which greatly improves the scalability and maintainability of the system.By adopting front-end and backend separation frame,we ensure the stability and security of back-end functional interface and the beauty and humanization of front-end interface.The main innovation of this paper is to streamline the design of each module in ERP theory according to the needs of fermentation factory,so that the staff can use it quickly without relevant professional knowledge on the premise of meeting the needs of the factory.Through the analysis of process of fermentation production line,we designed the fermentation control system.The system can automatically control the fermentation production line,realize the real-time transmission of control parameters and the real-time collection and analysis of production data.Through device selection optimization and code design,the redundant control of the core controller and the hot plug replacement of input and output modules are realized,which greatly improves the stability and reliability of the fermentation control system.Compared with the old fermentation production line control system,we use a new controller,IO module,communication mode and PID controller,which greatly reduces the downtime and failure rate of the factory and improves the fermentation efficiency.In order to improve the accuracy of fermentation tank temperature control,this paper designs and implements BP-PID algorithm.By using the PID control algorithm based on BP neural network,the stability and response speed of temperature PID controller in fermentation environment are improved.Through the implementation and operation of ERP system,the problems of information management,information exchange between departments and production data collection of fermentation plant have been solved,and the management efficiency of the plant has been greatly improved.Through the redundant design of the control system,the automatic operation reliability of the fermentation production line is improved and the downtime is greatly reduced and the production quality is improved.
