Design And Implementation Of MES Reform For Cold Rolling Informatization In Tangsteel

Under the background of merger and reorganization of China's iron and steel industry,tanggang company began to adjust the information automation system architecture.At present,the main problem in the informatization application of tanggang is that the advanced scheduling APS system does not cover the cold rolling mill,so that the overall production planning and coordination of integrated steel rolling within the company cannot be formed.There is no complete connection between the second and third levels of the first cold rolling mill,which makes the operation instructions and process parameters of the third level fail to be accurately transmitted to the first and second level systems,and the actual production performance cannot be uploaded from the second level,resulting in the inaccuracy and timeliness of the basic data.In order to solve this problem,the subject of information MES system upgrade is put forward.Net technical framework,Visual Studio development environment,C# development language,Oracle database,the overall use of C/S structure,the application of automatic update function.On the basis of sufficient demand investigation,the project has planned six functional modules,and elaborated the design of production planning management system,quality management system,logistics and inventory management,roll and cost system,comprehensive query,maintenance system and other aspects.After the completion of system design and development,the test server was set up and all functional modules of the system were tested,including application test and interface test.Through the project reform,the MES System of cold rolling is implemented to receive the production Order information issued by SAP System,the Planning information issued by APS System,and the Order design information issued by ODS System.It can meet the system requirements in the whole structure of informatization,effectively improve the production efficiency and execution efficiency of cold rolled sheet mill,and meet the requirements of fine and standardized production of tanggang Figure14;Table11;Reference 54.
