The measurement and control system in the fermentation process is the important part of the fermentation system, which directly influences the production of fermentation process. With effectively monitoring and controlling fermentation process by using measurement and control system, the fermentation process production can run on the rails, and the yield and quality of fermentation is raised. With the development of fermentation engineering technology, the intelligent measurement and control system in fermentation based on the computer technology is imminently needed. Now the measurement and control system in the fermentation, which has the incomplete framework and low instability and control level, can't fully meet the need of fermentation production.
