Recycling and utilization of resources has been advocated.Thermoplastic elastomer has gradually become a popular new polymer material with great practical value and economic benefit due to its excellent comprehensive performance,more energy-saving and efficient production mode,and material recoverability.In this paper,a more efficient blending method of micro-nano laminated extrusion technology is used to prepare NBR/PP thermoplastic elastomer.Compared with the common mixing method of internal mixer,micronano laminated extrusion technology can realize the alternating laminated rubber and resin at the micro scale,and realize the forced dispersion of the two phases finer.This has great advantages for preparing thermoplastic elastomers with good homogeneous properties.The experiment is mainly explored from the aspects of rubber and plastic ratio,type and dosage of vulcanizing agent,dynamic vulcanizing temperature,screw speed,compatibilizer and so on.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the vulcanization effect of rubber part in rubber and plastic mixture was studied,and the comparison experiment of vulcanization effect of NBR in thermoplastic elastomer with different ratio of rubber and plastic,various vulcanizing agent and dosage of vulcanizing agent was carried out..Experiments show that when the rubber-to-plastic ratio is 75:25,5 parts phenolic resin is used as the vulcanizing agent,the rubber has the best vulcanization effect in the rubber-plastic mixture,followed by sulfur,and the best addition amount is 2 parts.Micro-nano cascading extrusion technology was prepared,based on different rubber than with alternating layers structure of rubber mixture,then the NBR/PP thermoplastic elastomer was prepared and characterized using scanning electron microscope(SEM)and universal tensile testing machine the phase structure and mechanical properties,and using common blending method compares the preparation of samples,Experiments show that the micro-nano laminated extrusion technology play an important role in dispersed in the plastic matrix,and the size of rubber particles is smaller.Maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH)was used as the compatibilizer of NBR and PP to increase the capacity of NBR/PP TPV body.The phase structure and thermal properties of the increased TPV were characterized.Compared with the TPV prepared by the mixing method of internal mixer,The elongation at break and the crystallinity of PP of the material prepared by micro-nano laminated extrusion technology are higher.At the same time,the effects of curing temperature and screw speed on the properties of TPV materials were investigated,and the best compatibilizer content and process parameters were determined.
