| In the process of designing progressive die for household appliances,the assembly of standard parts occupies a large proportion.Correct and fast assembly of standard parts can not only ensure the quality of mold design,but also can effectively shorten the cycle of mold design to a certain extent.In the current progressive die design,two-dimensional drawings are mainly used as the design basis,and a lot of manual drawing work is still required.In addition,when designing the layout of standard parts in two-dimensional drawings,design abnormalities are inevitable,and designers often cannot intuitively check Abnormal,when the mold structure is updated,the standard parts cannot be adjusted at the same time,and the design efficiency and accuracy are poor.The automatic assembly system for standard parts studied in this paper aims to solve the above-mentioned problems in the current progressive die design.In this paper,after consulting a large number of mold design materials,researching the current literature on standard part library creation and automatic calling of standard parts,combined with the enterprise "home appliance progressive die automation design system" project,developed a level based on the NX three-dimensional modeling platform The automatic assembly system for standard parts into the mold uses 3D modeling instead of 2D drawing design,which more intuitively shows the positional relationship between each plate and standard parts.At the same time,a large amount of work on the assembly of standard parts in the mold design is handed over to the computer background.,The goal is to realize one-click batch assembly of standard parts in progressive die design,simplify the mold design process,and improve design efficiency and design quality.In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of designers in the layout design of progressive die standard parts,this paper proposes an automatic standard part layout algorithm based on grid division.The program automatically calculates the standard part layout according to the standard part layout rules.Layout coordinates;in order to solve the inevitable design anomalies in the standard part layout design,the standard part layout point interference check algorithm and interference avoidance algorithm based on the Clipper library are proposed to automatically detect and solve the design anomalies in the standard part layout,and improve The quality of the mold design is improved;at the same time,the data information of the standard parts library is read,and the parameter specifications of the assembly standard parts are updated in real time with the template through the parameterized correlation technology.The degree of automation is higher,and the mold design efficiency is effectively improved.The system is tested with the use case of the progressive die of the household appliance box.Compared with the traditional two-dimensional design method,the overall design efficiency is increased by 800%,and the assembly speed of standard parts is faster.With the continuous improvement of the system,the design is abnormally the same.Compared with the two-dimensional graphic design,it is reduced by more than 90%,which has high practical value in the design of progressive die. |
