| With the development of modern manufacturing technology,computer technology and automation technology,in the machinery manufacturing process,the proportion of computer participation is also greater,the more widely used computer-aided technology.The traditional mechanical assembly process,mainly rely on artificial experience operation,labor costs,assembly efficiency and low accuracy.In order to solve the above problem,this paper will present a method based on Minkowski and automatic assembly of mechanical parts,mainly for precision and need precise assembly of parts,such as splines,etc.,will Minkowski and methods applied to such mechanical parts assembly,Assembly parts for collision detection,to guide the precise assembly of parts.Firstly,the algorithm of Minkowski sum of concave polyhedron and concave polyhedron in three-dimensional space is studied,and the spline automatic assembly is used as the background of the application.For example,how to extract one of the concave polyhedrons effectively,and then transform it into computable The convex polyhedron is discussed,and a fast and accurate convex decomposition and complement algorithm is proposed.Then,we introduce the data structure of the assembly model in Minkowski and polyhedron calculations,as well as detailed algorithmic research and algorithm analysis.Secondly,the relative position relation between the transformed polyhedrons is studied.Based on the relationship between the origin and the position of Minkowski and polyhedron,the relative vector distance of normal assembly and collision state is analyzed in detail.The minimum distance between the parts in the assembly process,the direction and the part of the model space where the minimum distance is generated,and the shortest departure distance and direction are calculated when the part collides.After a lot of experiments,this method has been verified to demonstrate the accuracy and practicability of the parts assembly.Finally,the mechanical parts assembly virtual simulation,according to the mechanical parts design manual in SolidWorks on the part model structure,the use of OpenGL open graphics library visual display,and then visual design and data analysis,and further verify the Minkowski and the proposed method in the guide parts Automatic assembly on the correctness,accuracy and availability. |
