This paper makes a technical research and system realization for the tracking of key parts of the common rail pipe automatic assembly line of Liaoyang Newwind Technology Co.,Ltd.Because the accuracy of the assembly of the key parts of the common rail pipe will greatly affect the life and safety of the common rail pipe,this paper uses RFID technology to track the key parts of the automatic assembly line of the common rail pipe,and then guide the production and management of enterprises.First of all,this paper analyzes the production demand and data demand of automatic assembly line tracking of enterprise common rail pipe through field investigation.The target of realizing batch recording and traceability of assembly parts and recording the process parameters used in assembling process is determined.And through the Topsis method,the priority sorting of the substitute is analyzed and calculated with an example.Secondly,the development environment of the tracking system is analyzed,and the system architecture and function architecture are determined.The optimal arrangement of the RFID reader of the common rail pipe assembly line is analyzed,and the conveyor station and non-conveyor belt station of the assembly line are modified.Finally,according to the actual situation of the automatic assembly line of common rail pipe,the control module used in the transformation of RFID reader and assembly line is selected.The contents of chip read write,invalid information sieve and line edge inventory quantity deduction are analyzed.The MODBUS-TCP communication protocol and internal logic setting used in the control module are determined.The key modules of the tracking system are realized,including the route management module,the production line station management module,the alternative parts management module,the key parts information module of the station acquisition,and the key piece information traceability module.The placement of RFID chip in this scheme is optimized,and the port cooling time is increased for the control module.
