With the rapid and fast-changing development of science and technology and growth ofsocial economy, fierce competition in the manufacturing industry increasingly comes intobeing. What’s worse, huge changes of consumers’ demand bring great opportunities andchallenges to manufacturing. Economic benefits are being pursued by all enterprises.Nowadays, higher efficiency and lower loss have been the decisive factors that they surviveand develop, whose beneficial space is becoming smaller and smaller with the fiercecompetition happening. So how to enlarge their beneficial space gets into the ever-lastingtopic for the manufacturing enterprises. Besides, the loss of raw materials have been reducedextremely. Therefore, only when these enterprises focus on productivity can they be fit forthe competition.During the process of the cooperation with Yingkou Moody Hydraulic Parts Plant, it’sfound that the assembly of threaded shaft and shaft sleeve is a very significant link in theprogress of the production of hydraulic parts, the production efficiency of which has a directeffect on the assembly of the next process. The problems which happen in the assemblyprogress of bottleneck links lead to the production efficiency down in the whole assemblyworkshop, which result in the impossibility of completing the orders on time. No double thatit will be a huge damage to the reputation and income of company. According to the surveyon the spot, there are some main factors related to it as follows:1, assembly parts, anddistance between tools and operators are not unified, affecting the assembly operation.2, toomuch unnecessary manual work causes the inefficient assembly.3, high rejection ratescontribute to the repair and delay work seriously.Threaded shaft and sleeve assembly is a key to the production of hydraulic parts inYingkou Moody Hydraulic Parts Plant, whose efficiency directly affects the assembly in thenext process. Thus, this thesis does some research on the threaded shaft and sleeve assemblyteam in Yingkou Moody Hydraulic Parts Plant, adopts the dynamic analysis method, anddistributes reasonable work to the bench in order to achieve highest efficiency of assembly,and then to make full use of the threaded shaft and sleeve assembly team.
