| With the further development of China's energy industry,the oil product pipeline transportation industry has entered a new era of faster and higher growth.As an important part of the pipeline industry,more and more attention has been paid to the safe and reliable operation of refined oil pipeline stations and yards.In order to ensure safety,stations and yards also need to implement integrity management as well as pipelines.This article has carried on the inquiry to this.Drawing lessons from the current well-developed pipeline integrity management system,this paper puts forward the station integrity management system covering all aspects of the station integrity management of refined oil pipelines and corresponding technologies,including organization,document system,implementation process,etc.It also combines the station integrity management system with enterprise HSE system,and clarifies the enterprises in each process of the station integrity management implementation.Departments involved in the industry and their respective responsibilities.In addition,two basic contents of station integrity management are completed: stress analysis of station pipeline and failure consequence evaluation of storage tank in station.According to the actual situation of the station,the stress analysis of the main equipment in the station yard of the product oil pipeline is carried out,the load,restriction,boundary conditions and checking standards of the model are determined,the working conditions and dangerous points of each equipment in the station yard should be checked emphatically are defined,the failure consequences of the tank in the station are evaluated,and the influence scope of the tank after failure is defined.Finally,two software for station integrity management,pipeline inspection and evaluation software and RBI risk assessment software,are compiled.The software is applied in the station and risk ranking of station equipment is carried out,and reliable results are obtained. |
