Procurement management occupies a pivotal position in the development of enterprises.Advanced procurement management can not only reduce product costs and improve product quality,but also enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Improving procurement management efficiency can make companies quickly respond to market demands,and reduce the occupation of corporate funds,while reducing the company's operating costs.The procurement process is a very important part of procurement management,reflecting the implementation process and standards of procurement management activities.For a company to maintain its own competitive advantage during rapid development,it must adopt a procurement process that conforms to the company's development strategy,and continue to feedback and adjust.This paper studies the business process of Y company's aluminum formwork procurement.First of all,it explains the research background and significance of the article,describes the research content of this article and briefly introduces the theoretical methods used in this article.Secondly,the author summarizes the related issues related to procurement management,process optimization and supplier management.Domestic and foreign research theories provide strong theoretical support for the aluminum formwork procurement business process research and the procurement business process optimization plan studied in this article.Then,the current situation of Y company and the aluminum formwork procurement business process of the company is introduced.Analyze the problems and causes of the problems in the procurement management of Y company's aluminum formwork,use the ASME method to analyze the company's existing aluminum formwork procurement process,and point out that there are many unreasonable places in the company's procurement execution process and supplier management process;use the ESIA method and supply Supplier management related theories to propose corresponding optimization plans,optimize the processes such as purchase contract signing process,purchase order release to storage process and purchase settlement process,standardize the supplier development process and supplier selection process,and use the entropy weight TOPSIS method to establish a supplier evaluation model,design supplier evaluation process.Finally,from the four aspects of organization,supervision system,information technology,and personnel to put forward safeguard measures for the implementation of aluminum formwork procurement business process improvement plan,and adopt fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to implement the Y company after the implementation of the procurement process optimization plan.The results show that the procurement business process optimization plan is very effective.By optimizing the existing aluminum formwork procurement business process,this paper has significantly improved the procurement management level of Y company,and achieved the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
