As the modern electronic technology industry gradually develops in the direction of being flexible and wearable,the traditional hard indium tin oxide ITO is gradually unable to meet the needs of society due to its brittleness and poor flexibility.People eagerly hope a transparent conductive electrode with good flexibility,which can be widely used in solar cells,liquid crystal display screens and flexible electronic devices.In this paper,the most promising silver nanowire(Ag NW)is selected as the conductive material,and a three-layer transparent stretchable transparent conductive film with PDMS as the substrate and graphene oxide(GO)as the protective layer is prepared.The transparent conductive film has good photoelectric properties,and at the same time still has good conductivity under a strain of 48%.In addition,this article focuses on the preparation process of silver nanowires,the principle of post-exposure treatment to reduce resistance,and the exploration of film properties with or without GO protective layer.The flexible transparent conductive film is used as a heater,and it is found that it achieves performance similar to ITO heating film,which can be summarized into the following three main points:(1)The silver nanowires were prepared by the polyol reduction method,and the influence of heating time on the growth mechanism of the silver nanowires was analyzed.The length distribution of the silver nanowires with different lengths was obtained,and the silver nanowires with the highest aspect ratio of 400 were prepared.(2)A flexible transparent conductive electrode of three-layer structure was prepared,after exploring the light treatment on the conductivity,and the influence of adding the protective layer of the conductive film GO photovoltaic performance,in-depth analysis of the mechanism of these effects.Finally,a transparent conductive film with excellent photoelectric properties is obtained.In the case of 80% transmittance,the sheet resistance is only 12 Ω/sq,and it still has good conductivity at 48% strain.(3)On the basis of the above,the use of stretchable transparent conductive film as an electric heater was further studied,and the heater heating performance,heating efficiency and stability were explored,and the performance of the ITO heating film was compared.It is found that the heater has excellent heating performance,heating efficiency and thermal cycling,and it is expected to replace the non-stretchable ITO film as a candidate material for transparent heaters.
