Transparent conductive electrode(Transparent Conductive Electrode,TCE)is usually in the form of a thin film,which is light transparent and electrical conductive.At present,the widely used transparent conductive material is ITO,but its scarcity and brittle structure limit its application in flexible optoelectronic devices.In the new generation of transparent electrode materials,the transparent electrode made of silver nanowires(AgNWs)has extremely small square resistance and high transmittance,so it is considered to be the most promising next-generation transparent electrode.In this paper,in response to some existing problems of silver nanowire films,silver nanowires were combined with different materials to process silver nanowire transparent conductive films,which greatly improved the performance of silver nanowire films,and prepared flexible organic light emitting diode(OLED).The main work is as follows:1.Explored the best conditions for the preparation of silver nanowire transparent conductive films.A silver nanowire / zinc oxide / reduced graphene oxide composite transparent conductive film was developed.Zinc oxide(ZnO)enhances the adhesion of silver nanowires to the substrate,and reduced graphene oxide(r GO)improves the stability of the electrode in air.The prepared AgNWs / ZnO / r GO composite transparent conductive film has a square resistance of about 9.96 Ω / sq,a transmittance of 71%,and long-term stability in air.2.A silver nanowire / UV curable adhesive composite flexible transparent conductive film was developed.The square resistance of the sample was 10 Ω / sq,the transmittance was 85.32%,and the photoelectric performance was good.3.A silver nanowire / polyimide(PI)composite flexible transparent conductive film was developed.The sample with a square resistance of 11.23 Ω/sq has a transmittance of 81% and has excellent photoelectric performance.As an electrode,it can be well used in flexible photoelectric devices.4.A flexible OLED device was successfully fabricated using AgNWs / PI composite transparent conductive film as the electrode.
