Due to excellent optoelectronic properties of silver nanowires(Ag NWs),Ag NWs have become an alternative material for indium tin oxide to fabricate flexible transparent conductive film.Firstly,this thesis summarizes research progress of inkjet printing technology,conductive inks and flexible transparent conductive films of Ag NWs.Then,self-made Ag NWs conductive ink was printed directly.And relationship between properties,microstructure and fabrication process of inkjet-printed Ag NWs transparent conductive film was systematically researched.Finally,applications of inkjet printed Ag NWs film in electroluminescent devices and infrared anti-counterfeiting patterns were discussed.The specific work is as follows:(1)In order to fabricate Ag NWs conductive ink suitable for inkjet printing,effects of composition of binary mixed solvent,amount of wetting agent and concentration of Ag NWs on physicochemical properties and printability of Ag NWs ink were investigated.Experimental results show that some kinds of Ag NWs ink are suitable for microelectronic printers with viscosity of 3.3 m Pa?s-8.6 m Pa?s,surface tension of 26.175 m N?m-1-35.417m N?m-1,p H of 7.88-8.34,contact angle of 15.0°-35.0°,Zeta potential of(-5.46 m V)-(-2.21 m V),and Z value of 1.86-7.14.Combined with analysis of printing one layer ink,optimal ink formulation:15 m L ethylene glycol,10 m L isopropanol,1 m L Ag NWs and10μL wetting agent,and printing parameters are:drop spacing of 15μm and heating treatment in time.(2)This purpose is to investigate effects of printing layers,ink concentration,heat treatment temperature,and printing frequency on photoelectric properties of transparent conductive films.Then,lines with different widths were printed to explore accuracy of inkjet printing.Experimental results show that increase of printing layers increases its conductivity and reduces its transmittance.And higher printing-layer causes coffee rings.Too high or low heat treatment temperature can not obtain excellent Ag NWs film.Results display that heat treatment at 60°C can improve photoelectric properties of Ag NWs film.10-14 layers Ag NWs films with sheet resistance of 12Ω?sq-1-41.6Ω?sq-1 and transmittance of 81.9%-87.5%can be prepared by printing Ag NWs ink of 0.38 mg?m L-1and heating at 60℃.High concentration deepens uneven distribution of Ag NWs,but low concentration is beneficial to obtain more uniform film.Printing droplet frequency can be adjusted to 7500 Hz to obtain film with better conductivity.Moreover,printing frequency is limited by ink concentration,which together affect photoelectric properties of Ag NWs film.As far as current printing process is concerned,large deviation of actual line width from design value shows low accuracy of inkjet printing.(3)Electroluminescent devices and infrared anti-counterfeiting patterns based on Ag NWs transparent conductive films were prepared by inkjet printing technology.According to experiments results,electroluminescent devices with structure of Ag NWs/Zn S:Cu&PDMS/Ag NWs can be directly integrated into household AC power sources.Furthermore,infrared anti-counterfeiting Ag NWs pattern was printied,and its transmittance at 550 nm is greater than 90%,which meets anti-counterfeiting requirements.The above shows that inkjet printed Ag NWs transparent conductive film has great potential in optoelectronic devices.
