| With the rapid development of my country’s tobacco industry,various competitions faced by tobacco companies are also intensifying.Under such circumstances,tobacco companies are required to improve overall operational efficiency and continue to explore the development of lean management.The volume measurement of the stored shredded tobacco is an important part of the enterprise’s lean management construction.Based on this development trend,this paper develops a set of measurement system for the volume of cut tobacco based on laser sensing technology,embedded technology and wireless transmission technology.This article mainly does the following work:(1)Based on the analysis of measurement methods and functional requirements,the overall architecture design of the system has been completed.The lower computer part of the system uses STM32F103RCT6 as the control core to realize the function of collecting the surface information point cloud data of the tobacco pile and wirelessly transmitting it to the upper computer through the Bluetooth serial port.The hardware part mainly includes: STM32 controller module,point cloud data acquisition module,HC-05 Bluetooth serial wireless transmission module and power supply module,etc.The selection of each hardware component is described.The software part adopts the first part and then the whole to complete the main program design,and realizes the initial configuration of each module one by one.The upper computer of the system is realized through Lab View,and the main function is to realize the data communication with the lower computer through the Bluetooth serial port module.(2)According to the single section data distribution of tobacco pile,a boundary point automatic detection algorithm is proposed to find out the boundary point between the surface data and the ground data of tobacco pile.Median filtering algorithm is applied to denoising point cloud data to reduce the extra error caused by noise to volume calculation.The volume of the tobacco stack was calculated by numerical integration of the processed point cloud data.(3)Set up a measurement system to conduct a series of experiments,and carry out subsequent data analysis through the results obtained,which preliminarily verifies the reliability of the related methods,basically achieves the purpose of this article,and has certain reference value for volume measurement in actual engineering. |
