At present,there are many kinds of logging tools at home and abroad,and the communication modes of each kind of surface data acquisition system,downhole rocking and sensor modules are also different.The development of logging equipment in developed countries is more and more rapid,and logging technology is developing rapidly.At the same time,with the constant updating of logging technology and equipment,this makes the downhole logging module need to be equipped with their own ground data acquisition system,which has a great deal of poor compatibility of logging equipment.The problem.On the other hand,the traditional gamma ray spectrometry logging technology also has a series of problems,such as low signal transmission speed,large volume,high power consumption.Aiming at the problems of low signal performance,high power consumption and poor portability of traditional logging tools,a new logging technology with high reliability and flexibility is developed to realize the high-speed communication of ground data acquisition system,downhole rocking and sensor modules.It is very urgent to develop a high-performance and compatible ground multi-channel data acquisition system for gamma-ray spectrometry logging tool.Firstly,starting with the background and significance of petroleum logging,this paper analyzes the severe situation faced by petroleum logging.The principle of gamma spectrometry logging equipment is described in detail,as well as the current development situation and trend at home and abroad.STM32 high performance controller and several parallel/serial bus interface technologies are used in the ground multi-channel data acquisition system of gamma spectrometer logging tool,and the design scheme of the system is determined.Secondly,according to the design scheme of the whole system,STM32 minimum system hardware circuit,multi-bus interface hardware circuit,external memory hardware circuit and a variety of related hardware technology schemes are studied and introduced.The focus of the study is on the master controller STM32F415RGT6.In addition,in view of the overall design scheme of the ground multi-channel data acquisition system of gamma-ray spectrometer logging tool,three main sub-modules of the system design are proposed,which include a 16-channel analog data acquisition channel based on multiplexer,a signal processing module of logging depth and a data communication module.Finally,through the design and debugging of the hardware and software of the system,the data acquisition system on the ground,the data communication of the downhole and thesensor modules,and the data transmission and data receiving functions of the bus interface are preliminarily realized.At last,the hardware circuit and software simulation debugging are done to achieve the goal and meet the requirements of the project.
