| Gear measuring machine is composed of mechanical system,control system and software,among which the control system has a vital influence on its performance and function.At present,the control System of gear measuring machine in domestic adopts the structure of PC+motion controller.Compared with foreign special control system,the performance is backward.Therefore,our research group has developed a new gear measuring machine measurement and control system based on SoC(System on Chip).In order to give full play to the performance of SoC new measurement and control system with high integration,fast processing speed,low delay and low power consumption,a new measurement and control system is designed in this paper.The input signals such as different types of probe and grating sensor and output signals such as motor driver and signal indicator light are designed around the SoC core board.The circuits such as grating signals and power ground wires are optimized.The original circuit board logic into the SoC FPGA module;The digital probe module is designed in FPGA,which realizes the integration and switching function of various probe data acquisition functions,and solves the problems of the original measurement and control system such as the choice of hardware board and the difficulty of product maintenance.At the same time,the hardware oriented dynamic link library of gear measurement center is divided into two parts.In the HPS part,multi-probe switching,reading various probe and speed and acceleration information instructions are added.The function division of the hardware function library of PC and HPS end is completed,and the compatibility of the functions in the hardware function library is optimized.After acquisition of probe and grating data with the designed measurement and control system,spectrum analysis is carried out to determine the selection of probe Gaussian filter and fourth order mean filter parameters,and the variable cutoff frequency filter module is designed in FPGA.By analyzing the sampling period of the upper computer,the calculation period of the grating velocity and acceleration module is determined.The M-value algorithm is used to complete the design of the velocity and acceleration module in FPGA.Finally,through theoretical analysis and computer test,the data acquisition module based on SoC new measurement and control system designed in this paper achieves the purpose of enhancing the universality and compatibility of gear measurement and control system and improving the measurement speed and data reliability of SoC new measuring machine. |
