Raman spectroscopy is a spectrum of molecular scattering that represents the structure or composition of a molecule by the Raman shift produced by the interaction with the molecule.Each substance has a unique Raman spectrum.Under certain conditions,its intensity is proportional to the concentration of the substance.Therefore,the Raman spectrum of the substance can be measured to obtain the type and concentration of the substance.Due to the rapid development of laser technology and computer technology,Raman spectroscopy technology has developed rapidly,and its application range is no longer limited to theoretical research,but has made breakthroughs in practical applications,from biomedicine,archaeology,environmental protection and even security inspection.Trade and justice and other fields.Raman spectroscopy is a non-destructive,non-contact technique that requires only a small amount of sample and requires no pre-treatment to obtain a clear and distinct spectral signal,so it is detected by Raman spectroscopy.When it is dangerous goods such as alcohol or gasoline,it is safe and can quickly detect dangerous goods.Therefore,this paper designs a STM32-based near-infrared Raman spectrometer to quickly and safely detect dangerous goods.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The basic principles and related technologies involved in Raman spectroscopy are studied,including Raman scattering principle,photoelectric sensor principle,Bluetooth communication technology,and related technologies of data processing and qualitative analysis.(2)According to the functional requirements,the Raman spectrometer is divided into three parts,namely the spectral data acquisition module,the spectral data transmission module and the spectral data processing module,and the hardware and software design is performed for each module.The hardware part is mainly designed for processor circuit design,CMOS driver circuit design,Bluetooth module circuit design,etc,drawing circuit diagrams.The software part design can be divided into two parts,the first part is the underlying software,the program responsible for hardware work,including CMOS driver,data transfer program and FLASH read and write program;the second part is the software of the host computer,this part is thespectrum The data processing and qualitative analysis of the data,using the quality evaluation method algorithm,data processing algorithm,spectral peak identification algorithm,discriminant analysis algorithm,in the upper computer processing analysis of spectral data,display spectrum map.(3)Finally,the spectrometer is subjected to wavelength calibration and sample test to determine the corresponding relationship between the pixel and the wavelength.The Raman spectrum of the sample such as alcohol and gasoline is successfully detected,and the spectrum of the sample is displayed on the host computer.Through the sample test,the rapid detection capability of the Raman spectrometer is verified,and the detection accuracy is high,and the expected target is achieved. |
