Research On The Construction Of Projectification Management System Of Company A

In order to speed up the construction of a powerful manufacturing country,large and medium enterprises in China began to discuss the transformation and upgrading of enterprises actively under the encouragement and promotion of the government policies.In this context,the projectification management mode shows its advantages in a certain field and becomes an effective means to improve enterprise efficiency through systematic and scientific project management technology and method.However,due to the short of proper guidance,small and medium enterprises are far behind large enterprises regarding the management transformation and upgrading.After making the analysis of the actual situation of company A,this paper regards the enterprise order as a project,and introduces the projectification management into company A.A dispatching center is set up in the enterprise,which is responsible for the construction and promotion of the projectification management system,and solves the existing problems of the enterprise through the operation of the projectification management system.Firstly,this paper expounds the purpose,significance and research methods of the author’s research on the projectification management system.And then trough the study of project management,projectification management,organizational structure design and other related theoretical methods to provide theoretical guidance for this research.After that,combined with the research of the regular running of company A,via summarizing the current problems of company A,this paper proposes the solutions of projectification management pertinently.Starting from the construction principles and model construction of projectification management system,this paper puts forward the projectification management system design and corresponding safeguard measures with the organizational structure,management process and management system as the core.According to the features of company A,in the process of projectification management system design,this paper proposes that the suitable solution is the best.Small and medium-sized enterprises should not pursue the high level management mode without consideration,but should moderately introduce,reasonably use,and introduce the new management mode in a simplified and optimized way.Finally,this paper verifies the promotion of projectification managemen system in company A through an example demonstration.It shows that company A successfully realizes the flexible management of a small number of diversified order production modes by adopting the mode of dispatching center,coordinating enterprise resources and establishing flexible organization.A projectification management mode which is suitable for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises has been set up.
