| Coal Mine safety work is related to the life and health of staff and workers,the well-being of families and social harmony and stability.With the improvement of mining technology and management level,the safety level of coal mine has been greatly improved.But in the past two years,the coal mine accident rate has rebounded,the safety situation is still grim.Human Factor is the main cause of coal mine accidents,human being is the core of underground safety production,and the bad physiological state is easy to lead to unsafe behavior.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the fast evaluation,method of miners’physiological state before entering the mine,to evaluate the miners’ physiological state before entering the mine,and to ensure that the miners have a good physiological state.In this paper,based on the review of related research at home and abroad,the theory of accident causation,the theory of unsafe behavior and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used,this paper studies the index system and model of the quick evaluation of the physiological state of coal miners before they enter the mine:(1)Based on the theory of accident cause,a quick evaluation index system of Miners’physiological state is established,which includes physiological function parameter,reaction ability index and bioelectric signal.The physiological parameters include body temperature,blood pressure,Oxygenation,blood sugar,heart rate,respiratory rate,vital capacity and BMI;The response ability was evaluated by visual selection response time and auditory simple response time,and the bioelectric signal included three indexes:electrocardiogram,electrodermal level and surface electromyography.The index weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.(2)Based on the evaluation criteria of each index,the evaluation grades of each index are divided into four grades:excellent,good,medium and poor,and the middle value membership degree of each grade interval is determined as "1"by using fuzzy mathematics theory,the membership function suitable for each index is given,and a fast evaluation model of miners’ physiological state based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed.(3)The calculation program of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of miners’physiological state is compiled by MATLAB software,and the data are simulated and calculated,then 5000 groups of index data are simulated randomly to calculate and evaluate and analyze.The results showed that 32%of the samples were excellent,36.1%were good,15.9%were medium and 16%were poor.For the samples with "Medium" and "Poor"evaluation results,safety warning or rest shift should be taken to prevent the miners with abnormal physiological status from working underground.The index system constructed in this paper can reflect the physiological state of the miners,and the comprehensive evaluation model can provide the method support for the development of the system. |
