Inventory management is an important management activity of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the increasingly fiercely competitive market,manufacturing companies have been exploring and researching various methods of inventory management to increase the rate of corporate inventory turnover,reduce the level of inventory capital occupation,and realize the improvement of corporate efficiency.Jiangsha Carton Company mainly produces and processes single-pit,double-pit,and three-pit paper products of different specifications,cardboard containers,self-adhesive trademarks and other paper color printing products.According to the analysis of the status quo of inventory-related issues in the development and operation of enterprises,it can be seen that the relatively mature packaging manufacturing industry has certain loopholes in inventory management.The main focus of enterprises is net profit and business income,and lack of attention to inventory management issues.The overall development of the industry is relatively smooth,and the net profit obtained is relatively high.This state has caused companies to ignore the internal inventory management of the company.Therefore,increasing the importance of the company's attention to issues related to internal inventory management can be a good operation and development of the company and improve operating efficiency.Important way.This paper selects Jiangsha Carton Company as the research object,analyzes and discusses the problems in the company's internal inventory management,and gives suggestions and suggestions for improvement,which will help Jiangsha Carton Company to improve its inventory management efficiency and management level,and improve its operations.Efficiency,and the relevant suggestions put forward in this article can also be used for reference and reference for other similar enterprises.This article specifically analyzes the topic background,research significance,research methods,etc.;secondly,combining professional materials and literature to briefly describe the mature theory of inventory management,providing a theoretical basis for the research of this article;then taking Jiangsha Carton Company as an example,Introduced the company's basic situation,organizational structure and inventory composition,sorted out the basic processes of Jiangsha Company's procurement,supplier management,warehousing inspection,manufacturing,and warehousing links,and analyzed the current situation of Jiangsha Carton Company's inventory management.Then,through questionnaire surveys,we analyzed and summarized the problems and causes of Jiangsha Carton Company's inventory management,and finally proposed improvement plans based on Jiangsha Carton Company's inventory management problems,including improving the inventory management system,improving internal control,and enhancing information construction.The main research conclusions of this paper: The main reasons for the low inventory management level of Jiangsha Carton Company are the company's current inventory management process is not perfect,the degree of informatization is low,and the lack of internal control.In response to the above problems,improvement measures have been proposed from four aspects: optimization of internal management process,optimization of inventory management system,standardization of internal control of inventory,and improvement of informatization construction.(1)Improve the financial security system and improve management effectiveness from four levels,including the establishment and implementation of a scientific and complete inventory management system,the introduction of ABC classification,the use of inventory economic batch model(EOQ)to manage inventory,and cost accounting analysis and management.(2)In the process of cost accounting management,an efficient and comprehensive accounting system should be constructed in a targeted manner,with suppliers managing inventory,just-in-time production,and strengthening the functions and effectiveness of the accounting system.(3)Optimize the factors of performance appraisal through the introduction of new company regulations.Implement the internal control system of the enterprise and make internal control related work the key tasks of the enterprise.Internal auditors regularly report the implementation of internal control to the company's leaders and implement self-evaluation of internal control.(4)Jiangsha Company launched the ERP system to develop and apply inventory procurement,sales,inventory,inventory,manpower,financial and other systems to reduce inventory costs and capital occupancy rates,improve inventory management,and enhance corporate competitiveness.
