Based on the frequent job hopping,brain drain,white-collar premature death and a series of social events,enterprises gradually realize the importance of employees’ well-being of enterprises.Employees’ well-being as an intangible resource of the enterprise,improving employees’ well-being will not only enhance employees’ sense of identity,belonging and loyalty to the enterprise,but also effectively build a happy and harmonious enterprise atmosphere,shape a good corporate image and enhance the economic benefits of the enterprise.This paper takes the employees’ well-being of educational toy enterprises in Qiaoxia town as the research object,through the investigation and research on the present situation of employees’ well-being of educational toy enterprises in Qiaoxia town,discusses the strategies to improve the employees’ well-being,promotes the common growth of employees and enterprises,and creates a happy and harmonious enterprise.Therefore,through literature survey,interview,questionnaire survey,data analysis and other ways,this paper studies and analyzes the employees’ well-being of educational toy enterprises in Qiaoxia town,and mainly draws the following conclusions: through the difference analysis,it is found that different gender,age,education background,marital status,working years,job type have no significant difference on the employees’ well-being,and different annual income has no significant difference Through the regression analysis,it is found that the four influencing factors of salary and welfare,interpersonal relationship,institutional arrangements and family factors have a significant impact on the employees’ well-being.The level of employees’ well-being of educational toy enterprises in Qiaoxia town is generally in the upper middle level,and there is still a large room for improvement.After analysis,the reasons for the low employees’ well-being of educational toy enterprises in Qiaoxia town are as follows: the salary and welfare need to be improved,the interpersonal relationship is not harmonious,the system construction is not perfect,and the conflict between work and family.According to the above research conclusions,this paper suggests that educational toy enterprises in Qiaoxia town establish a scientific incentive salary system,build a harmonious interpersonal relationship,establish a humanized management system,and balance the relationship between work and family,so as to effectively improve the employees’ well-being of educational toy enterprises in Qiaoxia town.
