Petroleum,as a special commodity,is the strategic resource and economic lifeline of the country's development.At the same time,it is increasingly becoming a necessity for our lives.It is related to economic development.This dissertation aims to study the T oil company's refined oil sales operational management strategy.T Oil Company is mainly engaged in the sale of refined oils,lubricating oils and fuel oils,as well as gas stations,and the non-oil business of Easy Joy convenience stores.The methods of the sale consist of retail,direct sales and wholesale.With the continuous advancement of the information construction,emerging technologies represented by Big Data have risen rapidly.The traditional planning methods adopted by the company have difficulty in meeting the demand,and a new operational management strategy is supposed to be proposed in the sale of oil.The new strategy can be started with data analysis.The large amount of data generated through the information system has not yet been effectively used.In this dissertation,the analytic hierarchy process,the competitive environment analysis of six force models and PEST analysis are used to analyze the internal and external environment of t oil company from both quantitative and qualitative aspects,and the key external and internal factors are obtained.The SWOT-AHP method is selected to analyze the strategy of t oil company,and the aggressive strategic measures including building data operation management command platform,building smart oil depot,building smart gas station and implementing online logistics management project are determined for the company.Through the analysis of strategic flexibility and resource coupling,strategy and sub strategy,the feasibility and necessity of the sales operation management strategy of T oil company are proved,and the implementation measures and paths of relevant strategies are formulated.Finally,this dissertation qualitatively evaluates the implementation of the company's sales operation management strategy,makes a quantitative analysis of the implementation of the strategy by using the grey relation model,evaluates it and puts forward suggestions for further improvement.
