As an important basic energy source,coal is one of the pillars of China's national economy.The overall storage of coal in China is large,and it has been in an extremely important strategic position for a long time.For a period of time,The core role of coal in the energy mix will hardly change dramatically.With the gradual deepening of China's supply-side reform,unprecedented difficulties and challenges caused by many factors such as policy environment and economic conditions have clearly been placed in front of coal-related enterprises.How to make the sustainable development of enterprises has become a problem faced by every coal enterprise.F Coal Transportation and Marketing Enterprise is a mature medium-sized private enterprise mainly engaged in coal wholesale,sales and transportation.It integrates production,transportation and marketing,and has its own coal mine and railway transportation station,exerting a certain influence in Shaanxi coal industry.But in recent years,the profits have declined,and the overall market competitiveness has also declined.Combined with the great challenges of internal defects and external environment fluctuations,the former stability strategy is difficult to adapt to the current industry development and market policy needs.The paper takes F coal transportation and marketing enterprise's corporate strategy optimization process as the research object,using the theory of strategic management research idea,using PEST analysis,the analysis enterprise facing the external macro environment,using the potter five analysis of industry competitive environment at the same time,combined with the environmental problems using the SWOT qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis,AHP for the industry expert interviews,analysis to determine the F enterprise strategy optimization direction,finally use the relevant strategic theories to establish the strategic implementation measures.According to the original stability strategy of F coal enterprise,this paper determines the strategic optimization and improvement target through SWOT analysis,and puts forward the supplement of increasing the diversified strategy to actively change the single business model;According to the strategic optimization objectives obtained,the paper puts forward specific implementation plans:to build coal and coal chemical logistics base by improving infrastructure;Enhance enterprise qualification,extend to the downstream industry chain,and build an integrated coal and electricity enterprise,so that the enterprise can better resist market fluctuations,achieve long-term development,carry out standardized management mode,and enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.Within 5 years,it will realize the optimization transformation from a single coal transportation and marketing enterprise to a comprehensive large-scale enterprise in coal and related fields.At the same time,this paper puts forward the concept of strategic guidance to ensure the implementation of the optimized upstream and downstream integration and industrial synergy strategy.lt also puts forward specific guarantee measures such as strengthening enterprise culture construction,optimizing enterprise organization structure and strengthening standardized management mode,and strives to take F enterprise as a template to provide a good example for coal transportation and marketing enterprises facing the same difficulties.
