| Nowadays,with the continuous innovation of textile industry technology,people have higher requirements for the appearance effect of clothing fabrics,and the demand for fabric color diversity and texture is increasing.Using less color yarn to weave jacquard fabric not only meets the requirements of environmental protection,but also can reduce the fabric thickness and improve the appearance performance of silk brocade.Birds are the most colorful terrestrial vertebrates,and their feathers represent almost all the colors imaginable.After hundreds of millions of years of natural selection,the composition and structure of biological color have formed the rule of beauty in accordance with the harmonious form of color.The color of each bird feather has its research value,which can provide more inspiration for the design of fabric color scheme.Color bionics is an innovative color design method which is produced by the combination of bionic color research results and color design methods.It takes the excellent color function and form of natural biology as the research object,explores its color principle,applies it to design innovation,provides a higher level of color design results for human beings,and plays an important role in endowing silk products with natural aesthetic characteristics and fashion.This topic mainly focuses on the theory and implementation of bird feather color bionic design in the development of new silk products.Based on the collection of a large number of bird feather photos and classification selection,the color features of different kinds of bird feathers will be extracted to explore the color features and color spatial distribution of different kinds of bird feathers,summarize the color matching law,explore the formation of color matching optimization scheme,and explore the realization method of bird feather texture in textiles.The feathers of 15 rare birds,such as starling,blood pheasant,woodpecker and Macaw,were analyzed to study the influence of feather color and texture on people’s color perception.This paper studies five principles of various computer image color separation algorithms,analyzes the influence of color separation algorithm on the final color separation effect,and carries out the interlacing and color mixing experiment of limited color silk.Three primary color weft yarns are selected to design the real silk fabric with interlacing and color mixing structure,forming the corresponding relationship between the interlacing and color mixing structure and the color of color card.648 chromatographic fabrics are woven and the fabric color plate is made the thickness of the fabric can be reduced under the condition of full hue,lightness and saturation.According to the color matching scheme of bird feather,jacquard fabric was designed,and silk jacquard fabric was trial produced to evaluate the expression of color characteristics of silk fabric.Research and development of new silk jacquard fabric products simulating bird feather color matching.Based on the study of fabric structure,color and chromaticity theory,color psychology function,bionic design theory and a large number of references,this paper studies and analyzes color extraction,color function and application,visual and tactile theory,jacquard design and weaving.The specific research contents of this project are summarized as follows:1)In this paper,the main colors of 15 kinds of bird feathers are extracted,and the principles of five kinds of feature color extraction algorithms and their differences in color results are studied.This paper integrates 1500 color values of 15 kinds of bird feathers,analyzes the color characteristics and explores the distribution law,summarizes and analyzes the color characteristics of different kinds of birds,makes bird feather color board,discusses the bionic design method of bird feather color,and studies the influence of bird feather color and texture on human color perception and psychological perception.This paper analyzes the characteristics of bird feather texture,explores the realization method of bird feather texture in fabric and the effect of visual touch on fabric development.2)The experiment of real silk interweaving and color mixing was carried out with 1:1:1combination of three color weft yarn.The lightness of black and white warp yarn was adjusted,a series of basic satin weave was strengthened for shadow light transition,and the arrangement and combination were carried out in a,B and C weft.The 648 color multicolor chromatographic fabric was woven and the fabric color card was made.The color gamut and chromaticity distribution of color cards are compared and analyzed to realize the reproduction of bird feather color jacquard.According to the color of bird feather and color theory(color matching Psychology),a variety of bionic color matching schemes are selected.3)According to the color characteristics of bird feathers obtained from the analysis,through the design of four square continuous fabric patterns,matching with the one-to-one corresponding organization Library of chromatographic fabrics,combined with the advanced digital jacquard fabric CAD technology,15 kinds of bird feather color matching schemes are applied in the fabric,and the new silk fabrics of clothing and household textiles series are developed and produced. |
