| In the rapid development of modern technological production,the efficiency of intelligent industrial manufacturing is increasingly refined,and intelligent digital color matching is also urgently accelerating the implementation of rapid,efficient and accurate development strategies.By introducing and developing new computer color matching models,the company has gradually optimized from simply assisting traditional inefficient manual color matching,to further replacing manual work to participate in more refined data color matching,Improve the status quo that the color matching results caused by too many subjective reasons and individual physiological differences are difficult to control stably,upgrade the traditional color matching mode,and promote the development of traditional computer color matching towards intelligent digital color matching.With the main goal of realizing the two-way conversion of color sample and dye formula,the paper sets the three primary colors required for mixing the complete color gamut as the main primary colors for constructing the color matching stereo,designs the primary color coupling mixing algorithm from the three dimensions of hue,chroma and lightness,and carries out the actual proofing through the automated batching and color rendering system,The functional relationship between coordinates and color values in the full-color gamut color blending stereo model is established by using the method of piecewise surface fitting.Finally,the retrieval scheme of dye formula with sample color number is set based on the color matching stereo database,and the feasibility of the color matching stereo formula prediction function is verified through experiments.The details are as follows:1.The preparation method of seven primary colors dye solution under gray level balance was set,the functional relationship between gray dye concentration and gray level value on each gray level surface was explored,and the quantitative proportion of dye concentration of seven primary colors on each gray level surface was calculated.2.The ternary coupling color mixing mode based on the seven primary colors of the gray plane was constructed.The three primary color dye mixture mode of the grid point color mixing sample of each gray plane was obtained through formula conversion.The general formula of the three primary color mixture proportion of the grid point color mixing sample in the three primary color dye mixture mode was extracted,and finally the three primary color dye concentration of the grid point color mixing sample of each gray plane was obtained.3.A three-dimensional model of full color gamut gridding color matching was constructed to uniformly express the coordinates of full color gamut color mixing grid points,dye solution counterweight,dye solution mixing proportion and dye concentration.4.The configuration of three primary colors of each gray level surface and the titration of each grid color spot dye solution of each gray level surface were designed.The nylon color card was sampled through the automated batching and color printing system,and its Lab color value was measured.The six color gamut of each gray level surface was planned,and the surface function relationship between color solid coordinates and color values was obtained by adopting the segmented surface fitting mode.5.Based on the color value database of color matching stereo dyeing samples,a color formula retrieval scheme was designed,and three experiments with different color gamut were carried out to verify the accuracy of the formula retrieval scheme. |
