Research On Occupational Burnout And Mind Wandering Of Miners In Intelligent Mines

Coal mine safety has always been the focus of national attention,but there are still many safety accidents every year,and the low level of safety behavior has always been a major cause of accidents.In recent years,it has been found that the mind wandering is a principal element which impresses unsafety behavior of miners.Because it is unavoidable for mind wandering,it has become a very important topic to explore the methods that can alleviate the mental migration.The intelligent construction of the mines has caused changes in the work content of miners,In the past,miners were more engaged in manual labor,while those in intelligent mines were more engaged in long-term monitoring operations,and miners are more prone to occupational burnout and mind wandering,which in turn leads to violation behavior.Consult relevant theoretical literature,social support is introduced to solve the problem.In order to clarify the level of occupational burnout and mind wandering of intelligent miners,the mechanism of social support,occupational burnout and mind wandering on violation behavior,a questionnaire survey was conducted with 366 ordinary mine miners and379 intelligent mine miners as the research objects.,correlation analysis through SPSS22.0,the structural equation model(SEM)was established by AMOS24.0 to analyze the relationship among social support,occupational burnout,mind wandering and violation behavior.The results show that: The level of occupational burnout and mind wandering of intelligent miners is higher than that of ordinary mine miners;There is a remarkable negative correlation between social support and violation behavior of miners.Social support can affect violation behavior of miners directly or indirectly,and the indirect effect has two paths: the mediation of occupational burnout and the chain mediation of occupational burnout and mind wandering.Social support improved effectively can reduce the violation behavior of miners by mitigating occupational burnout and reducing the frequency of mind wandering.Apply the research conclusions to reality,and put forward reasonable opinions from the three dimensions of subjective support,objective support and support utilization of social support,and give enlightenment to coal mine enterprises to achieve safe production.
