This study focuses on the effect of job burnout on mind wandering among individual factors of miners,which has important practical significance for reducing the accident rate of coal mine.In this dissertation,the front-line miners in coal mine enterprises are taken as the research object.Using the accident case analysis,thinking sampling and interview methods,the relationship between job burnout and mind wandering of miners is analyzed.The effects of job burnout on mind wandering of miners and its mechanism are analyzed empirically from a static perspective by using empirical sampling and questionnaire methods.Adopt the ERP experiment method to carry out the human factor experiment of the effect of job burnout on the mind wandering of miners from a dynamic perspective.On this basis,the control strategy of miners' mind wandering is put forward.The main conclusions are as followed:?The relationship between job burnout and miners' mind wandering is expounded.Based on the analysis of accident cases,the characteristics of mind wandering of miners and the research results of influencing factors,it is clear that job burnout is the key factor to affect mind wandering of miners.On this basis,this dissertation defines the specific situation of the effect of job burnout on mind wandering of miners,and analyzes the changing trend of the relationship between job burnout and mind wandering of miners in a working cycle.?The mechanism of the effect of job burnout on the mind wandering of miners is revealed.Based on literature analysis and various theories,a conceptual model of the effect of job burnout on the mind wandering of miners and its mechanism is constructed from a static perspective.The empirical test results show that job burnout has positive effect on mind wandering;Negative emotion plays a mediating role in the effect of job burnout on mind wandering;Mindfulness moderates the relationship between negative emotion and mind wandering and moderates the mediating effect of negative emotion on the relationship between job burnout and mind wandering.?The dynamic change law of job burnout on miners' mind wandering is analyzed.From the dynamic perspective,this dissertation investigates the changing process of the human brain activity during the miner's mind wandering with low,medium and high job burnout.The results of subjective report show that the frequency of mind wandering with meta-awareness and without meta-awareness is gradually increasing under low,medium and high job burnout.The results of behavioral data show that the response time of miners under low,medium and high job burnout is gradually prolonged and the error rate is gradually increased.The results of EEG data show that the amplitude of P300 component is gradually decreasing,the incubation period of P300 component is gradually increasing and the activation degree of P300 component in frontal area of brain decreases gradually under low,medium and high job burnout.?The control strategy of miners' mind wandering is put forward.According to JD-R and 2-4 models,a control thought of the effect of job burnout on mind wandering of miners is analyzed,and specific control strategies of mind wandering are developed based on the three variables of job burnout,negative emotion and mindfulness.
