Employees are the most important capital of enterprise human resources,especially those steel enterprises that pay attention to safety work.Excellent employees can not only ensure safe production,but also can radiate more vitality and create the greatest value for the enterprise.In the enterprise human resources management,enterprise pay more attention to the use of human capital,as well as the interests of the gain and loss,it is easy to ignore the psychological health of the individuals in the human capital,over time,employees' physical and mental health of unstable affect the profit of enterprise organization,more and more companies noticed this problem,the stress management becomes an important concept of human resources management.More and more phenomena show the importance of stress management in enterprises,and some occupational symptoms corresponding to stress management also appear.Nowadays,with the transformation of society and enterprises and the complex and changeable living environment,China is entering the peak period of "job burnout".Job burnout has become a common phenomenon for employees in enterprises.Job burnout affects employees' physical and mental health and gradually becomes a stumbling block for the development of employees and enterprises.This paper aims to analyze the problem of occupational burnout faced by the employees in iron and steel enterprises,put forward the solution to the problem of occupational burnout on the basis,and provide new ideas for the future research.So,based on the enterprise employees' job burnout phenomenon existing in the analysis,on the basis of w iron and steel enterprise employees,from the theoretical overview,specific performance analysis,cause analysis,future strategy four aspects carries on the analysis,adopt the method of questionnaire investigation and visit discussion,employees on the iron and steel enterprise to carry on the ideological dynamic investigation,and according to the different ages employee attitude,analysis of enterprise employees' job burnout and threats,through scientific prediction,points out the direction of future development for the enterprise.In theory,it is more a theory research abroad,the domestic theoretical research on job burnout is less,this article from the job burnout and the theory behind the stages of knowledge are analyzed,compared with domestic reality at the same time,more effective to extract the valuable content,at the same time,attached to the evaluation and diagnosis methods of job burnout,to help better understand and study;Inorder to better analyze the causes and countermeasures of occupational burnout of employees in W iron and steel company,this paper divides them into three different age groups and simply takes these three age groups as the basic samples for analysis,respectively in the 1970 s,1980s and 1990 s.Through the method of literature review,questionnaire and interview,scientific demonstration is carried out.Based on the existing theoretical knowledge,reasonable questions of questionnaire and interview are put forward scientifically.After distribution and recycling,the recovered materials are further analyzed and presented in the form of charts and texts.Employee help program(EAP)is one of the highlights of this paper.It originated from the United States in the early 20 th century.It aims to help employees solve various psychological and behavioral problems of employees and their family members,so as to improve their work performance in the enterprise.According to statistics,more than a quarter of employees in the United States enjoy EAP service all year round.Most enterprises with more than 500 employees have implemented EAP system,and more than 70% of enterprises with 100-490 employees have also implemented EAP system,and this number is rising.According to the data,the employee help plan plays a great role in helping employees to suffer from job burnout.In addition to the obvious role of help,help in the process of the establishment of archives is also conducive to the risk aversion of enterprises.Obtained under the rational analysis,the enterprise staff job burnout conclusion W steel company,first of all,the demand will not unite different age levels,motivate the lack of pertinence,second,the work content of oneness,insufficient power supply,its employees,salary structure and promotion channel is narrow,employees lose ideal target,fourthly,enterprise culture deeply into the heart,lead to employees' inner collapse.The main causes of job burnout include the above points,which do not hinder the existence of other factors that may lead to job burnout,but the research subject of this paper is more inclined to these reasons.The main research results of this paper is under the condition of pressure and opportunity of parallel,enterprises want to prevent staff job burnout problem,must shoulder the responsibility of the enterprise,by instilling corporate culture spirit,rich enterprise activities,clear work,establish communication mechanism,help employees grow,provide the staff rising channel,to assist the staff's own career planning,using the compensation and benefits,employees to help plan prevention and mitigation,and so on a series of measures to solve the problem of employees' job burnout.Employees are the foundation for the development of enterprises,and enterprises are the stage for employees to show themselves.Employees and enterprises can be said to be employees' cooperative partners.A benign relationship can promote both sides to achieve win-win results.In today's enterprise management,enterprises can not squeeze employees as in the past,but pay more attention to the importance of "people",develop employees,give full play to the maximum value of employees,and create higher interests for enterprises.
