| As a major grain consuming country in China,food production and storage safety are closely related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.How to reduce food loss during storage has always been an important issue to ensure my country’s food security.Studies have shown that during the storage period,insect damage is the main reason for the loss of stored grain.Before 2008,my country mainly used phosphine circulation fumigation technology for prevention and control of pests in grain storage.In September 2008,the 8th International Conference on Modified Atmosphere and Fumigation was held in my country.The conference discussed the feasibility of implementing Modified Atmosphere Storage in my country.In recent years,concepts such as "green grain storage" and "scientific grain storage" have been accepted by more and more domestic scholars,and my country has officially entered the era of controlled atmosphere storage.However,in recent years,the controlled atmosphere storage technology has not been able to be applied on a large scale in China.The reasons behind it are worthy of further investigation.The research focus of this article is how to solve the current pain points of the controlled atmosphere storage technology so that it can be applied on a large scale in China.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Aiming at the current implementation of controlled atmosphere storage of grain,which requires manual monitoring and complicated equipment operations,this article analyzes the equipment operation process,based on the overall operation process,and proposes an intelligent monitoring model based on data protocols,Quantify the details of the operation,and design the communication protocol between the sensors inside the granary and the intelligent terminal to open up the data interaction inside and outside the granary,and finally realize the comprehensive monitoring of the internal environment of the granary by the intelligent terminal.Engineering practice results show that the average response time of the granary environment monitoring through the intelligent terminal is 2.3s,while the traditional method generally takes about 30 s and requires manual operation.The application of intelligent monitoring allows the system to more quickly sense changes in the internal environment of the granary,increase decision-making time,and improve the fault tolerance of the system.(2)In view of the low nitrogen filling efficiency of the current controlled atmosphere storage technology,this article conducts an in-depth investigation on the specific application scenarios of controlled atmosphere storage.During the process of controlled atmosphere storage,the influence of air pressure,gas concentration and other factors on nitrogen concentration changes as Based on this,an intelligent control algorithm for controlledatmosphere grain storage was proposed,and a control model for controlled-atmosphere grain storage was established.The algorithm quantifies the process of controlled-atmosphere storage of grain,so that the controlled-atmosphere process is always maintained at the optimal nitrogen filling state,which effectively improves the nitrogen filling efficiency.Experiments show that the application of the intelligent controlled atmosphere storage grain control algorithm has shortened the average nitrogen filling time of controlled atmosphere storage grain by 6 hours and increased the time efficiency by 42.8%.(3)In view of the domestic application of controlled atmosphere storage of grain,unified management of granaries in different regions cannot be carried out.This paper designs and implements a cloud-side collaborative management system.As the edge device in the system,the intelligent terminal regulates the granary environment in real time and provides data sources for the cloud server;the cloud server is developed with the Spring Boot framework,deployed with Docker,and load balances the service through Nginx.Messages in the format of Json and the edge side The intelligent terminal of the company conducts data interaction,and conducts unified management of the intelligent terminal.The realization of the cloud edge collaborative management system solves the problem of the difficulty of unified management of the controlled atmosphere storage of grain silos in different regions.The loosely coupled relationship between the cloud edges makes the system more stable and expandable.In summary,this article has carried out a series of researches on the pain points of controlled atmosphere storage technology in engineering practice,with the help of modern communication technology and Internet technology,and proposed an intelligent monitoring model and intelligent controlled atmosphere storage control algorithm to empower Intelligent terminal improves the efficiency of nitrogen charging.At the same time,a management system based on cloud-side collaboration is designed and implemented,which solves the problem that granaries in different regions cannot be managed in a unified manner,which has high practical value. |
