With the continuous advancement of technology,intelligent interaction has become an important direction for the development of various industries.Among them,the intelligence of infant care products is one of the current hot topics.Relying on the fast iteration of smartphone terminals and cloud Internet network technology,smart baby stroller products ushered in new development opportunities,but the smart baby stroller structure on the market is simple,functional single,lacking in active safety,micro-environment monitoring and mobile terminal visualization innovation such as aspects,to meet the needs of better security and interaction of smart baby strollers,this paper has developed a smart baby stroller system with active safety,micro-environment monitoring and mobile terminal visualization.This paper completed work and innovation as follows:(1)Designed and built hardware layers of smart baby stroller`s drive system and microenvironment monitoring system.Designed a sheet metal combination underlayer distribution of driver wheels,based on the STM32 development board as the drive control center,constructed the underlying drive system hardware by servo drive,DC motor,full-todirectional wheel,constructed the micro-environment monitoring system with the raspberry,temperature and humidity sensor and triaxial acceleration sensor.(2)Completed the design and development of the smart baby stroller software.The kinematics of three rounds of full-to-directional wheel were analyzed,according to the motion motor output equation,drive wheel control design in the form of the CAN network communication protocol;The threshold control method is proposed to realize the design of the stroller environment perception system,based on the fuzzy control algorithm to achieve the sensing design of the active safety of stroller,and verify feasibility of the algorithm by MATLAB simulation;The cloud platform and data interaction scheme of smart baby stroller terminal is designed based on MQTT protocol.(3)Develop a We Chat applet according to the functional requirements of the smart baby stroller,developed the front-end display and backend interaction based on the cloud function and cloud storage,achieved the interaction function of mobile terminal data visualization.Designed the rule engine to implement the data flow of the cloud database and the We Chat applet,complete the interaction design of the data from the hardware terminal to cloud and the We Chat applet.This paper built the smart baby stroller’s hardware and software experiment platform,not only completed the drive system and monitoring system test,but also completed We Chat applet performance and compatibility testing.Completed the closed-loop test of the entire smart baby stroller system,verify the stability and reliability of system design. |
