Pomegranate(P.grana-tum L) were taken as experiment material to investigate the preservation effect of different storage temperatures, different maturity, modified atmosphere storage conditions, controlled atmosphere storage conditions and different preservative, control the factors which effect the storage of pomegranate and analysis physiological and biochemical index change in the process of storage and explore the best storage method.Pomegranate seeds juice freezing temperature was-2.0℃~-1.8℃and cold spot was-5.4℃~-4.1℃, the peel of pomegranate freezing temperature was-2.0℃~-1.9℃and cold spot was-4.3℃~-5.5℃.The most important factors is the temperature among the external environment condition. When packing all temperature processing with0.02mmPE, The peel appeared symptoms of chilling injury on the thirty fifth day and with the extension of time the symptom was aggravated, chilling injury severity will lose its commodity value at0℃. The best temperature is2℃and the temperature can effectively restrain pomegranate respiration intensity and the chilling damage and helpful to maintain pomegranate each quality index during the period of storage. Maintained the pomegranate quality effectively and improve the forage-livestock system.The appearance quality was mainly affected by humidity and pomegranate weightlessness rate was serious and cause skin wilting and shrinkage when storage at low humidity. The pomegranate was perishable when the humidity was100%.95%humidity storage pomegranate, the effect is best, can largely to maintain the appearance and intrinsic quality of the fruit nutritional value.The paper focused on effects of different fresh-keeping films on gas concentrations and storage qualities of pomegranate. The treatment combined O24%with CO25%restrained the respiration intensity at22.01mg/kg· h and browning index was0.16and total soluble solids and total acid content is14.7%and0.41%respectively, maintained the pomegranate quality and taste at2℃.Preservative treatment can effectively maintain the quality of pomegranate, cinnamon oil treatment effect is best, when on the hundred fortieth days the browning index was0.16and membrane permeability and MDA content were the lowest and the antimicrobial activity of PPO and fruit rot production with the strongest, in addition total soluble solids and total acid content were14.5%and0.40%respectively maintained good fruit appearance quality and internal texture.
